    Currently Watching Villarreal vs Rayo Vallecano , some really good players in this Villarreal side, Pino , Baena and Foyth stand out. Be interesting to see if we move for some in the summer. Pino’s decision making in the final third is level’s above what we currently have.

    And yet in seasons previous i was all , Chelsea, Man City = bad, Liverpool low net spend this is the way to run a football club .

    They’ve been relegated 4 times in the past 30 odd years, the only major trophy they’ve ever won is the europa league with Emery. They’ve been a top 6 side a few times along the years and recently though yes.

    It all started with some rumour on twitter, then Emery got asked if the question in a press conference and then someone else on twitter cut the footage of Emery mentioning Matteo, the only concrete thing Emery said in the press conference is we will sign players only if they improve our team and that we would be “so demanding” which basically means that we are being very fussy and looking for serious quality. He also mentioned the real priority in this window was to move a few on and find a specialist winger.

    They have pace and attributes to play up front and wide, he talked about different profile of players to the club. If he’s looking for a direct replacement to Buendia then Kang in is the man.

    He isn’t a traditional winger, he is a Buendia, Coutinho type . I know he’s deployed on the left and off the striker but he isn’t a quick robust winger/forward.
