Bruce for me too - once we got promoted maybe upgrade the manager but I'd give him a chance.

Assume round will play the major role in any new managerial appointment but I'd imagine that xia and wyness will also play a big role in any decision to ditch rdm

Both would get us up and have great track records on promotion - not saying they'd be right in the Premiership but to get us up either would be better than rdm

Rdm is a weak manager and it reflects in his team - get rid and bring in Bruce or allardyce - both promotion specialists and with that bit of grit needed as a manager .

Agreed , 4 is the absolute minimum in these 2 games - if we fail then I expect he will go looks like Pearson is finished at derby having been suspended this afternoon by the club and reports he will be sacked tomorrow - Derby have acted fast and Steve Bruce and Gary rowett will be strongly tipped for that job so if xia is considering one of those he will need to act fast .

First half was One of the worst centre half performances since the days of Paul Elliott in the 80s
