Dire dire football - turgid and negative - this cannot continue 2nd half - make changes and go 442 , feel rdm has 2 games to save his job .

elphick has made 3 bad errors already and given a stupid goal away - another pathetic goal conceded and a dreadful performance so far - get gestede and tish on and have a go - this negative style is getting us nowhere - make the changes now before the game is beyond us !

Certainly a better option and worth a chance ahead of Gardner and Westwood who have both failed on countless occasssions.

Indeed , the failure to kill teams off has been extremely costly - chances galore have been created and fluffed .

Totally disagree with the first line - under Lambert we kept possession and created hardly any chances often not having a shot on target . This season we have created buckets of chances and failed to put them away - it's a thin dividing line between success and failure and we could and should have had several more points based on our play . we have massively missed McCormack in the last game and a half on a creative level he has created more chances this season than any player in the league . silly errors and poor finishing are what sees us where we are now in the main - sort those things and results will follow.

Losing mentality ? We have lost once in our last 7 league games .

mcormack and kodija are excellent signings and give great options attacking wise - they will score and create loads this season . Class acts !

regarding the McCormack point I read yesterday he has created more chances than any player this season in the championship so far - I have no worries on him but I think we are weak on midfield back up as both Westwood and Gardner are back ups at best - I was hugely impressed by tish but as striker points out his injury record is a concern - we should have added more steel in midfield and utilised the loan market . We have relied on two lightweights in midfield so far this season and paid the price - I don't think Gil would have been much use to be honest . i am however quite happy with the players rdm has signed but feel he has struggled to get the formation right and decide on the best way to utilise these new signings . The next 3 games will tell us a lot about rdm and where we are going .

Sneaking a draw at home to Newcastle shows lack of ambition and belief - they are not Barcelona and we should attack them - they've lost more than us this season .

Fine lines between success and failure - pity games didn't last 80 minutes as we'd be right up there challenging - whether it's a fitness issue or just lack of concentration we must learn to see out games and with our personnel we have a better chance if we try to kill teams off with another goal rather than try and hang on and defend a one goal lead .

Big difference is we have bought a new team who are are getting to know each other - pep inherited a team already there and tweaked the style and system to suit his way of playing . I agree out results should be better but don't think there's a comparison with a manager going to a fairly settled team compared to one bringing in 9 and clearing out 14 .
