Unbelievably the ESPN+ app is working on this flight - well I just tested it and the little league baseball game from Ohio came through crystal clear! Fingers crossed I can get a good pic from Hull!

Often held up as the greatest rock 'n' roll performance ever. Maybe because so many other great artists crashed and burned that day (no sound checks, bad on stage monitors.) I know a lot of VT'ers who are into their music dislike and even despise Queen but pretty much every artist who was there that day said that they stole the show. Their music does lend itself to stadium rock and Freddie is, and was, well, quite flamboyant RIP Freddie.

Bloody autocorrect on iPad/iPhone always changes 'on' to 'in' for some inane reason. It's the reason for 99% of my VT edits.

Wasn't it called 'The Big Match Live' presented by Brian Moore. I vividly remember it starting the season that Tony Cottee and Frank Macavennie started on fire for West Ham. Might have only lasted a season though as ITV ran out of money or the Sky deals were brewing.

Yeah it's really weird they have 2 different apps and you can sign in with your ESPN+ account and your TV provider acount in the latest app. What's really annoying is that ESPN+ blocks any kind of mirroring onto a large TV and their isn't an app available for Apple TV - so I have to hard wire my laptop to the TV. It's like going back to the dark ages!!!

That's cool. It must be in your market I'm guessing. I have a friends login for his Florida Xfinity/Comcast and I can get all of the ESPN3 games but not the ESPN+ So I still have to subscribe sadly.

For US based Villans ESPN+ wil show the games selected by SkY and a few extra ones selected for international broadcast. This costs $5 per month. For the games not being shown you can then choose to either pay £6 to Villa or hunt around for alternatives.
