  1. Plenty. Unfortunately it all seems to be of the bad variety!
  2. Expected but gutting all the same. Hopefully his recovery will go as smoothly as possible and god help us for left-back options.
  3. I don't think anyone, at least in this thread, are blaming genuine refugees for this act. But it can't be denied that it was widely reported and even stated by some groups themselves that the mass of movement would be used to smuggle in extremists, let's just hope the attackers didn't get in this way or I can see things getting very ugly.
  4. There really are no words. I just can't comprehend how there could ever be any rationale or even the ability for someone to commit acts like this against innocent people, what a horrible world we live in at times.
  5. Paddy Power have England at 8 as an enhanced price as one of their Power Plays, £20 max bet.
  6. I haven't watched much of Swansea this year but I very much doubt this is the case. He was excellent last season, named the GK of the year by numerous publications and the best statistically, according to WhoScored.
  7. He was called a development project and one for the future by Sherwood, many at the time thought he was simply dampening expectations but it really looks like that is the case.
  8. He's not mobile enough to play as a lone striker, any chance of hitting City on the break died when he came on as he just didn't have the pace to trouble them. Would like to see him partner Ayew at some point as they could compliment each other.

Good fishing/point scoring. But you won't find fans angry at that because its a totally different situation to last season. Nice try though You clearly aren't familiar with rodders0223
  10. Palace just scored, looking like a timely decision!
  11. Complete non-issue, Harts a rocket polisher of the highest order.
  12. Disagree so far. Hasn't done anything better than Westwood has done in a Villa shirt thus far. He can drive forward and beat players, you don't get that from Westwood.
  13. I can't remember the last time I finished watching a game in a good mood, I'm feeling a lot more positive about the season already.
  14. I don't think he's proven anyone wrong, he is capable of some commanding performances particularly ball winning but he is too inconsistent and prone to lapses of concentration and errors.
  15. Looked a bit rusty at times I thought but overall played well and you can tell there is a good, if not very good, player in there.
  16. Very wobbly at the start but got better as the game progressed and made some great saves, particularly the one with his face
  17. Excellent! Great organisation and fight, and about time we had a little bit of luck.
  18. We look so organised, haven't really created but we are playing the best team in the league. Encouraging signs for sure.
  19. His kicking really is abysmal.
  20. Tbf whenever I've watched Sunderland this season Defoe has looked very dangerous. Merge is talking complete shite though, the only players id'd take from that team would be Defoe, M'Villa and possibly Lens the rest are tripe.
  21. Massively against the run of play by all accounts, makes a draw more likely which is better for us I guess.
  22. Has he being playing regularly in the reserves? Short of going through all the old match reports, which I have neither the time or inclination of doing, there doesn't really appear to be anywhere with stats on the reserve league.
  23. Whilst I understand your point, Leicester have come back from being behind so many times this season, including a few games at 2 nil down and had team's backs to the wall in the dying minutes so it's unfair to say it wouldn't have happened if not for him managing us, especially as it was such a clear and avoidable error.
  24. I disagree with the bolded. Advocaat changed Sunderland at half time. They came back into the game then. That's how they got the result. Sherwood changed nothing. He didn't need to. Toivonen took apart Sanchez in the midfield battle (Advocaat's change) but we still battered them. It was ridiculous. From memory, Richards missed an absolute sitter too. I'm certainly not putting that on Sherwood. Leicester, sure. Stoke, sure. Sunderland? Nah. The marking and the goalkeeping for Leicesters 3rd goal was criminal, thats basic player error to let Dyer of all people score from a header. Sherwood made plenty of tactical mistakes but the players individually have cost us a large number of points. I certainly agree with this. Whilst his management was clearly poor, the amount of individual mistakes has been ridiculous. Even for Leicesters 1st or 2nd they only got the corner due to Lescott and Bacuna performing some kind of chuckle brother To Me, To You act.
