I thought Richards and Clark might be a decent combo at start of season but looks more like a comedy act with each passing week. Really when you deeply look at it the other centre half Clark has consistantly shown good form alongside is Okore in all his time here. Just shows me we really need to keep Okore for next season.

We'd need some battlers and scrapers down there. Our team is too lightweight and has been for years. We need players to battle it out midweek to the likes of Rotherham and Huddersfield. Then whatever flair players you have left can shine. It will be interesting going down as it will be the first season I can remember in my lifetime where you don't have to spend 20-30m to be competitive in the league we're in. A team like Brighton are challenging for promotion with freebies and loan players like James Wilson. Hull didn't sign that many players but kept their spine from the prem...McGregor, Curtis Davies, Dawson, Elmohamady, Thuddlestone, Livermore, Abel Hernandez. Be interesting to see which route we go but we need to get the mentality right for that level.

We are done. We can't score more than 1 goal a game and can't keep clean sheets. If safety was 20 points I wouldn't fancy us. In a perverse sort of way I hope the bottom 3 stays as it is. The promoted teams have been brilliant this season and deserve the cash bonanza next year, shambolically run clubs like ourselves and the North east two don't. Yes it will make next season much more difficult but let's try to assemble a decent championship team and take it from there, at least in the championship you don't need to spend 50m to be competitive.

My days how dismal was that starting selection, not good enough by a long way Remi even if it's not all your fault.

Ray Wilkins said Sherwood wanted to sign him after the Walsall friendly in July. Seen him a number of times this season, he is very good and will play in the premier league. Rest is up to him. Pacy, good on the ball, one of those do you play him at left back or LM types.

Looks like Everton was the watershed for him, been much better since then, good to see as I've always rated him at other prem clubs so was feeling a bit short changed with what he was giving us.

Maybe last summer. Has less than 6 months left on his deal now so 2-3m if Leeds sell him now.

Hernandez would've been the perfect squad player this season as he was under Fergie. LVG just didn't rate him though, was happy to send him out on loan even after selling Welbeck so he was always going to leave this summer.

Sanchez out, hamstring. Chance Richards will return. Interesting to see what happens at the back as Okore dosen't deserve to be dropped imo unless his body can't hack 2 games in 48 hours.

Can we bring lambert back for this game, 3 wins out of 3 at Carrow Road in his tenure. 2-2.

Fook me, remind me all those games Bacuna has cost us at RB again over the last 2 years? He had a dodgy end of last season which cost him his cup final place but he still set up a lot of Benteke's goals. It's not like one's the new Cafu and the other is UDLC, the difference is minimal if anything.

His corners are very good, it's a refreshing change from all the Westwood floating corner nonsense of last few years. Disappointing that Gil started to take the corners when he came on.

How do you think we'd do if we went down Richard, you seem reasonably connected with people in the club given the breaking of transfers each summer. What do you think the strategy would be, would Lerner drop the asking price for a takeover significantly, would we try to keep the French lot or sell them on and sign championship standard players?

The problem with that is how motivated would he be in the championship, he's had a premier league lifestyle for last 6 years and all that trapping and fame so you honestly think he'll roll his sleeves up and slog it out on a tuesday night at Rotherham or Huddersfield. I put Sinclair in the same category. Worst thing we can do is just let him hang around the squad for another season contributing little (don't forget he's starting to regularly pick up injuries aswell so would his body cope with a 46 game championship season). I back Remi on this one, he has served us well at times but last few years he's one of the people that sums up our demise so we need to cut our ties with that era.

We're not going to win many games playing 4 central midfielders though....particularly as Veretout looks to be the only one who might actually score a goal second half of the season. As I've said elsewhere Remi is sooner or later going to have to start putting more offensively minded attacking line ups from the start, how late will he leave it? It was only a few weeks ago we were playing 4-3-3 and all the endless starts Sinclair was getting so we should go back to that at least before too long but with Adama starting. For midfield stick Sanchez and Gueye infront of the back 4 and play Veretout advanced of that....that was what Remi did for first few games but he ditched it after either Everton or Watford....I do think we look a bit more stable in the back 4 last few games as Lescott has actually improved a bit.

Plenty of players go on holiday to Dubai and that part of the world regularly so doubt it would be as much as a culture shock for him to go there compared to most other foreign leagues. As I've said before even the worst player in the world will have clubs interested in him, that's the why football works. He needs to move on as he won't play again under Garde and I doubt he's going to outlast his manager.

Looks suicidal on the Wolves forum, 99% want Jackett out when I think he's done a very good job there over last few years. Like us they haven't replaced well....last season Sako-Dicko-Afobe was ripping defences apart. Sako hasn't been replaced, Dicko was lost to a season ending injury and Afobe isn't as good without those two occupying defences. And they somehow thought the solutino was getting Grant Holt on loan!!

You'd think Ireland would go with Walters and Long upfront....a more hardworking front two you couldn't find in Football.

Aye...if Gestede can score 20 + down there. Way I see it you need a solid battle hardened defence and midfield and loads of pace and that should get you near the top.
