Reading through this it really strikes me just how many people do go through mental health issues. I have suffered with an obsessive disorder for a couple of years now that keeps my mind whirring constantly.
I took the wrong stance and tried to hide it from everyone and in the end suffered from my own stubbornness to be honest and work on fixing the problem which left me in a bad place. I tried everything from running to meditation and even looking into Buddhism but nothing worked. In the end the best response I have had to curing it is actually just to talk to people.
It is amazing what talking can do. I still have my days but I feel I now have a platform to push forward.
