We surrendered today before a ball was kicked. -
Another game and he's nowhere to be seen. About 5 or 6 in a row now. Is he injured, has he been sold and he's going in the summer. Something's changed, his levels have dropped off a cliff. He's gone from controlling the midfield to being invisible.

It should have been a yellow. It was a tactical foul. Even the match commentator was surprised when the red card came out. The player wasn't hurt, there was no intent to cause harm. Watch it back.... A harsh call from the ref.

Yep.... Dialling it in for the majority of his time with us. Very little desire or leadership from what you'd describe as a senior pro. Just came here to pick up a cheque.

The system was passive. It was about containment. We had no real forward threat and simply asked for them to attack. When you set up like that any tiny mistake will more than often result in a chance on goal for the opposition.

Our entire m.o. for the past year has been about being in control of matches. It's what's brought us this massive improvement in performance and results. The last few games it feels like this approach has gone in the bin. Pass it round the defence for a bit then launch it. Midfield is being totally bypassed. Why have we stopped doing what's made us competitive? I know losing Kamara is big deal but we have options. McGinn and Dougie in the middle still gives us that solid midfield but we don't seem to want to persist with it. We've gone from being calm and in control to rash and inconsistent both on and off the pitch.

Missing Kamara... Passing out from the back massively reduced lately in preference to humping it long.

{Sarcasm} Hang on.... I've been told categorically that moving the fringe players on won't help our FPP position at all. We MUST sell one of our first choice players. There are no other options! There's a poll on here and everything. {/Sarcasm} We'll also get something in transfer fees too.

I didn't think he was too bad in truth. The forwards had next to nothing to work with all night.

He's fine as a 10 right now. He could perform well there. Not sure he's ready to play as a wide midfielder with defensive responsibilities just yet.

Just a heads up.... We aren't skint...... Some people seem to think we are. We have among the richest owners in the league. The club is fine.

They were on about Foden being in the mix for player of the season. While he's obviously a fabulous player I'm not sure he's been THAT good this year.

We were the late Saturday kick off. They almost never put that fixture first on motd since they don't have the time to organise the package for broadcast.

They really weren't. The only one which was ok, I guess, was Bailey if viewed as a professional foul but it was more clumsy than anything. This is where the frustration is born from. The yellows were for nothing yet the opposition were doing worse and not being punished. The Luiz booking was ridiculous.
