It's about picking and choosing the smaller games, until this season i hadn't gone away game regularly since 90's (Just Wigan away and Bradford away last season) now i have pencilled in 7 this season! I am a season ticket holder and didn't stand chance to get bigger game tickets, so work yourself up with smaller games (as most going on general sale like Southampton (Away) Newcastle (away) Man City (Away) Fulham (Away) etc etc, the only one that sold out quickly is Palace (Away) Started with West Ham away that went on general sale (in end as well) so that would have been a good choice for lot fans to start their history up! then did Fulham away when it went to general sale, then been to Stoke, Newcastle, Cardiff, and going to Palace, Swansea and going to get one for Spurs away. It's about building from the bottom upwards which i have done this season, so next season can go to bigger games without issue as start with 5+ away games from previous season. Quite a lot of away games have gone to general sale this season! also Man City away is on general sale right now.. I would keep checking Villa site if i was you and see when tickets go on general sale, and grab them online at 8:55am (the turn systems on at 8:55am) on the day of the general sale to guarentee a ticket and work your history back up, rather than concentrating on certain bigger games and just go for smaller games where less Villa fans will be interested in going)

Also Aron Johnnsson is looking a good option for AZ, 16 this season and 20 in 32 overall for AZ. Only 23 as well!

With regards to Bony, excellent player. Really wanted him when we was close to getting him on loan He has made step up from Eredivisie with ease and would cost too much now, so obviously Alfred Finnbogason is a prime choice for us to look at? he is around £8/9mil mark now and would be lethal alongside Benteke. Would anyone else on here like see Finnbogason in a Villa shirt?

Don't know why everyone goes on about Gabby is Villa through & through and always supported us? He has stated a few times before he is an Arsenal fan just like Ashley Young, but some people ignore that fact just because he is from Erdington. If a big club did ever come in for him you can bet if we accepted a bid he would be off especially if it concerned a pay rise.

Antoine Griezmann is having a storming season in La Liga, think he has around 15 which is excellent for a winger/playmaker. Doesn't play for one of the fashionable clubs either, could be worth a look? be around 10mil mark though

Renew our interest in Serge Aurier? we was linked with him last summer.. pushing Bacuna into Midfield? He would be a good buy depending on how much he would cost. Aurier has scored 5 goals as well this season for a right back so far

League-wise, he didn't improve Wycombe. He inherited them when they had just finished 6th and he lead them to 12th and 7th in his two seasons there. Also, it is a completely different Norwich squad now. A large amount of Lambert's squad are either out of favour or have returned to the lower-leagues. Ruddy, R.Bennett, Martin, Johnson, Howson, Snodgrass, E.Bennett, Pilkington and Hoolahan were all signed by Lambert for Norwich. 7 of those players featured in the game against us the other day. I know the squad has changed a fair bit, but the core of the first team from Lambert's reign still remains. And of those only Ruddy, Martin and Johnson are week-on-week regulars. Ryan Bennett, Howson and Pilkington are more squad players now. Hoolahan before last week wasn't playing at all and Elliot Bennett has made one appearence all season. Snodgrass was signed by Hughton I should add. So the core of the team is very different now I'd say. Yep, Correct.. Hughton signed Snodgrass a few weeks after Lambert left

Think Federico Macheda is out of contract at Man Utd this summer. Started to score goals now at Blues, i know the connection there isn't a good one but he is only on loan. Worth a punt? Seems to have knuckled down now from the playboy teen that appeared after he scored on his debut against us.

Anyone think should go for someone like Virgil Van Dijk (Celtic) who is also from Groningen and knows Bacuna? Sounds like he will move from Celtic in summer.

Said other week if anything ever did happen to Lambert or he walked away, Rosler would be a good choice to look at. Done a great job at Brentford and Wigan, Plays good attacking football similar to way good german teams are set up and obviously a great win today.

Colback isn't a bad player for a squad member out of that lot!! Konate has shown promise but hasn't scored many but he is 20 and lets be honest he is bound to be a lot better than Bowery. People like Demba Ba wasn't showing much promise or goals until around mid 20's and banging them in at Hoffenheim back then.
