    Lerner's statement doesn't shed any light on it and doesn't deny anything either. He may well be happy to not deny outright because it keeps this feel good factor going through our last few fixtures towards survival. There could also be new investment with him staying on as owner or there could be new owners altogether. My thoughts exactly.

    We are are a 45 minute team. Poor in either the 1st or 2nd half of games. Even in the games we've won, we've looked a bit ropey in either half.

    I watched the game on the telly with my Dad, God rest his soul. He hired a colour telly especially for the game. We were both stunned, gobsacked and really proud when the final whistle blew and we realised we had beaten the mighty Bayern Munich to actually win the European cup.
