The start to the season hasn't been good enough I agree but we have 3 games coming up in the league now and I expect 9 points. Maybe I'm living in fantasy land but I am confident it can click soon. We'll soon see I guess.

Exactly. Bruce teams are never going to pretty and free flowing - he's always been a 'results' manager in this league. I'll take performances like that every week if we win 3-0!

Good post mate Before the game I was probably 70-30 in favour of Bruce out. The reason I wasn't 100% out is similar to yours. He has the track record to get us up... so I'm not sure it isn't working out. I remain in hope after every win that it will be the one that kick-starts our run of 20 wins on the spin!

Basically when he took over the players weren't good enough. There was only 5 worth keeping and he had to start from scratch. My question would have been "Well, they were good enough for Rowett to get to mid-table" but of course, Talkshite were more interested in rimming his chocolate starfish to ask any telling questions.

We were efficient in the first half. Barnsley had more of the ball but never really threatened IMO. It was a very good away performance and we haven't been able to say that too much in recent years!

Looked solid today. Defence did well... 3 clean sheets in a row. Thought Terry was excellent. Davis is a talent and great to see Adomah and Kodija back in the team.
