Worst for me was the Etap in Cardiff Centre... think its called the Ibis Budget now. Its how I imagine an open prison is. Police were called as the guy in the room next door was threatening to kill his missus after she had locked him out. Luckily he couldn't kick the door down as the doors were solid. Speaking to the receptionist the next day, this didn't appear to be an out of the ordinary incident! Only stopped there as it was a stag do and it was all pre-booked. In terms of the best, The Landmark in Bangkok is very nice and not that expensive for a 5 star (about £110 per night). So, less than a week to go. Certainly has crept up on me this year. Do not feel festive this year at all mainly because i've been ill since I got back from my holiday a month ago! No Xmas shopping done yet and haven't even listened to any Xmas songs either I missed out on a festive gig tonight (mate's band at Hare and Hounds in Kings Heath) and will probably miss my office Xmas party on Friday. What has everyone got planned? Hopefully I'll be well enough to visit my folks in their new gaff on the day itself. Other than that, not a lot.

Still feel terrible mate, its knocked me for six! This cough has sat heavy on my chest for weeks plus combined with asthma its a nightmare. My throat is so sore I can barely swallow as well (insert Kenneth Williams gif). The train has been full of everyone coughing their lungs up for weeks, I have no doubt that is the cause.
