Ah great, I didn't realise the limo was for business class as well... thought it was just first class! A black cab cost me £40 a fortnight ago from the airport to Four Oaks... rip off!

Cheers! I'd pay £2k, that's a decent price. I'll keep an eye out for offers. Cheapest I've seen so far for Tokyo in June (on a decent airline) in business is about £2.2k on Korean Air, from Heathrow via Seoul. I completely forgot to check out the lounges at BHX last month on my way to Bangkok on Qatar. I was only in economy but I get access via my credit card. Just skipped my mind and roughed it in the Wetherspoons instead! Like you say, its a one off and you can't take it with you!

My parents finally move to rural Shropshire on Friday. Pleased for them as they've always wanted to move to the country and they've found the perfect house for their needs

So, VTers. knowing what you know now... with all your life experiences, if you could have your working career again, what would you do? Same job? Or something completely different? I kind of fell into my current role in finance and while it has been good to me, if I could start again i'd do something in aviation. Probably start training to be a pilot or if not that, air traffic controller. How about you guys/gals?

Today is the first day in about 10 days that I have felt ok. Had a really bad cold/flu last weekend and early part of the week and was stuck in bed most of it. Not done much to be fair, just enjoyed not being sick!

He was outstanding for us and left to win honours, which he did. Can't blame him for that. Yes it hurt when he left as we never really recovered but he never gave less than 100% for us. -
