  1. At least there's no danger of missing any England games.
  2. We did get a pretty similar occasion with Senegal beating France in the opening game of 2002. EDIT: Next time I'll finish the article before commenting
  3. She doesn't actually support Villa. Yet.
  4. Trains are now the preserve of the wealthy. They are no longer run as a public service, but as a profit making operation for the benefit of the shareholder. Thank you Tories/Major. They 'get away' with the fares they charge because people pay those fares. Like yourself. They may moan and say thing like 'bloody rip off', but if people then pay those fares, they'll keep charging them. Thus train travel becomes for the well off only (onless you are 'lucky' enough to find a cheap ticket, 2 months in advance, at 6am, on an inconvenient train on a date that you don't really want to travel on) Yep, true, I am trying to avoid rail whenever possible now. How much profit dot he bastards make though? Surely there should be some measures in place to control how much profit can be made at the expense of consumers that need the service. Don't get me started on peak time fares. How can most other countries I've been to provide a much superior service at a fraction of the price? Is rail publicly owned in places like Germany? I could be wrong but I think German rail is state owned and they also own part of the British franchises. Your £136 will improve German rail. Good I plan to **** off there and use their improved facilities.
  5. It takes a special talent to make declaring your love for the opposite sex so ghey.

  7. Oxford. No megabus'. I did check National Express which was more reasonably priced but a 17 hour round trip.
  8. Sound promising... http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2014/feb/18/south-park-the-stick-of-truth-roleplay-video-game?CMP=fb_gu
  9. The fact that it's costing me £136 to get to Poocastle and back this weekend. I've no idea how they get away with train fares in this country.
  10. When it's not shortly before or after match day or transfer season I hardly use the main forum.
  11. But that wouldn't make Sony much money would it?
  12. Do we usually sell out here? We'll be okay until Thursday won't we? It was just seeing that we have a pretty small allocation.
  13. It will stick to the formula of only being good for the last 2 or 3 episodes.

I got an overnight cargo boat from Surat Thani to Koh Samui. They charge a few quid to backpackers that want to make the crossing. A nice line of mattresses all lined up across the floor side by side. It's pretty minging but an experience in itself. Alternatively just get a nice fast catamaran.
  15. See, that's exactly how I feel about curry. But not chilli. Funnily enough I've just eaten some (reheated). It is possible to have extremely hot yet incredibly tasty curries.

Fly to Surat Thani, it has the port that serves the three island and I think Stevo said he found cheap flights to there. I was a big fan of Chiang Mai, but if you're only there for a short break I'd do Bangkok and the three gulf islands.
  17. It was horrendous. Owen Jones was the only one worth listening too.
  18. The stats almost make out we're a one man team. And he's a defender!

  20. My missus left her bag of shopping in a pub in Oxford on Saturday night. Time to go and retrieve it. This also gives me a chance to go to the Korean restaurant. This makes me happy.
