Funny, I was only talking about Stan on Talksport earlier today. I think he is really really good as a pundit - he comes across as really intelligent. Yes, he has had his demons but I do think he appears to have turned his life around so fair play to him. I remember the super hype and excitement when we signed him - I remember the pic of him in the white away strip with a blue stripe across and recall Tom Ross and everyone urging Villa to "break the bank for Collymore" which we did - it's a shame it didn't work out for him whilst he was with us. He admitted on TS last night that he was really poor whilst at Villa.

I too just feel so disappointed by Randy's now seemingly total lack of interest. Say what you like about Doug but he does still attend the games - and the number of times we have seen him on the Motorway in his AV1 going to away games is numerous (albeit chauffeur driven) - but at least he still seems bothered. Don't mistake me for a Doug supporter but I just don't see how Randy has improved us at all - initially yes, I too got carried away with all the hype but how deflated do I feel now. Randy just doesn't seem bothered anymore.

Hope so, Andi is one of my favourite players but just lately his touch has been awful. I was hoping he would be great on Saturday after his goal against Man City

agreed. Just get rid - I'm fed up of this whole saga now. No-one is bigger than this club. We should have realised what he was like when he went on strike at Genk. Talk Sport this morning - " Bale should give Spurs another year" , "Suarez should give Liverpool another year" - Beneteke - ha ha - what's he doing at a tin pot club like VIlla - that's not what they said but the inference was that for sure.

I'm shocked that anyone else has even heard of Camel. My ex-husband absolutely loves them - I spent years listening to their music which I always found a bit dull . He is thrilled that someone else likes them. I couldn't pick a single decade as I have such wide ranging tastes. Love all sorts of music from all decades (except not so much from the 50's)

I've got a Sony Experia U which is a budget end Smartphone. I love it. There's just one thing that I was hoping for some techie help on though? Just lately the battery seems to need charging EVERY night overnight. It says that "Android OS" is using 39% of my battery and it shows a CPU usage? What's all that - I can't see that I have left anything open - any ideas anyone. I have found the power saver and set that to come on at certain times but I would love to know if I am, missing someting. Other than that, great phone, love it. Does plenty enough for my needs.

Darren Lewis in The Mirror (yes I know) over the last couple of days is single handedly touting him for Spurs - one day he says AVB is known to want Christian Benteke and the next day he repeats it and says that " whilst Villa are in talks to offer him a new deal, Spurs can easily trump any salary the Midlands Club are likely to offer" - also Brazil of Talksport is keen to tout Benteke for Spurs - It really annoys me all this does , the way they think other clubs can just come and lift our best players off us (mind you, after recent seasons, you can see why they think it) - whether or not we hold on to CB will say a lot about Randy's ambition for the future I think

Don't make a habit of going drinking before the games really (like to look round shops insead) but whenever we go to Liverpool or Everton, we like to go to the Norman Frost for a drink and something to eat , which is a Wetherspoons - it always seems very friendly in there and very reasonable - usually a fair amount of Villa fans in there - even though full of the home fans. Have been to the famous Fernhurst though - they used to have a beer tent and food stall in the car park as well. Also, like a nice little Tea Shop near Fulham - for something nice to eat as well (can't remember what it's called) Used to love going to a specific cafe at Blackburn too - used to do a brilliant full breakfast there! Now could we have a thread of "where's the best shops to visit before a game" (there were some nice ones by the Doncaster ground a few years ago in the Cup - also like to mooch around the shops by Wigan - missed the shops at Bolton this year) I suppose I've gone well now

Best game and atmosphere since the 5-1 Blooz game. I am hoarse today. OK I had a sore throat before I went last night but god I can hardly speak this morning! Difficult when at work having to take phone calls all the time. Brilliant. Yes, Witton Upper was rocking as well (I sit there and yes, we were) Brilliant night - nights like that remind you why you keep on bothering!

Even allowing for the three games that we lost at home as mentioned above,I feel what has really killed us is not beating Fulham at home. However, even though I think we've probably had it now, I am so annoyed that the bookies and media now have it as a two horse race between us and Wigan - are Newcastle not only one point above, Sunderland and Stoke only three points above?

Oh my bloody god .I am so Sick of this I arranged a mini break at my friends house in devon returning on Sunday morning specifically so I could be back for this There is no way I want to miss our last home game of the season. Really really hacked off with this news.

Why do people think "a season in the Championship" wouldn't hurt. Why do people think we would be only one season out of the Prem? I think we could do a Leeds or worse a Cov without some major changes, should we drop down

Yep, I will renew but sadly, our little away gang are dropping out of the Away Scheme next season as we just can't afford to go to all the away games any more - especially when we hardly ever win anymore! Sad really as I used enjoy the away days (especially when we used to win sometimes!) but times are hard - will just choose selected aways next season, regardless of what division we are in

I think we are now relying on another team to have a monumental collapse and us to manage to have a freak result (Man U away, Chelsea home maybe!!) I fear that we are gone. Not because of today because I never expected us to get anything today really, but because of the other teams having more battling power and the ref in the Wigan-v- Newcastle game for completely gifting the game to Wigan

How many times this season have we built up a bit of momentum, only for yet another bloody international break to come along and **** us up again - I think we've put in a performance like today's after every international break this season.

All the things happening with other clubs makes me fearful for us. Wigan get a win two weeks ago against Newcastle, that, no way, should they have got, Chelsea doing their best to send us down losing to all our rivals but hammering us, and every time we build a little momentum, an international break seems to destroy it. Sunderland sacking MON, no doubt they will have an upturn in form. I was really happy after the QPR game but now, I have my black cloud overhead again . I used to like Wigan but now I hate them and Chelsea. They say luck seems to even out over the season, but I see no evidence of that with us! Big crowd expected today - let's make it like the QPR atmosphere - or even better. Please Villa, please we have to worry about ourselves, not rely on other teams. As Tony Butler used to say, let's get the Prayer Mats out!

I don't remember there being half as much interest in the Europa League when we (and even Blooz) played in it - certainly don't recall ITV showing it at peaktime - strange that now it's Spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool - it get's mainstream coverage?
