Incredible. Also incredible that there is a stat that shows we have won more games than lost in recent years. Not really when Villa are the draw masters.... more draws in PL history than any other club. I think we'd be better off selling him (Only if we got a decent amount for him) and using the money to buy 2 or 3 other players with.

I thought he was our 2nd best player yesterday after El Ahmadi.... we need more new players in that aren't affected by the depressing season we had last year as most our players still seem to be playing like they did at the end of last season.

Liverpool are currently winning, If that stays the same or they draw then we are bottom! Last time we started with 2 losses we came 16th in the 2002/3 season. If we don't sign at least 4 players in the next week we are going down without a doubt.

Given and Bent were shite yesterday.... So I have to disagree with you there. I thought KEA and Vlaar did well and Holman seemed to be the only player moving when he came on. -

Thought he played well yesterday... only him and Vlaar (And briefly Holman whilst he was on)... the rest of the team were shocking. Skimmed a few players throughout the game and looked promising.

(which I'm guessing is a Liverpool site) Because I was doing some research on what Liverpool Fans Really thought of Andy '35m Flop' Carroll. Surely this would save some money too? On wages and also we probably still owe performance related fees for Bent?

If Modric goes they will have plenty to spend and get a few strikers in.... If we do sign Defoe I reckon it will be on the last day of the transfer window and we will end up paying over the odds for him.... transfer and wages too.

I think there is a very slim chance of us getting relegated but there is absolutely no chance, in our current state, of finishing in the top 6. I think the chances are about equal. I'd say relegation is more likely than top 6 but I don't think we will finish in either position. We will be about 12-14th with this squad I recon. 12th-16th I'd say... that top 6 remark was ridiculous

I think he could do well with Bent.... He normally shoots from outside the box and sometimes they go in sometimes then keeper saves but then Bent could be on the end of that save for a nice little tap in.

Apparently Sunderland have made a £12m offer for Fletcher.... I see that as overpriced myself? Opinions? Also interested to know what "ITK" means as I see it alot on here.

Really? Newcastle only just missed out last season after only just being promoted the previous year. Just need the right people at the club, getting rid of Mcleish was a step in the right direction!
