    Here in Perth we can get every PL game live for $15pw on Optus Sport but as far as cup games go they are free on ESPN BUT you dont get all of them ( Thats fa and Carabou Cup ) I signed up for AVTV and it cost me $70 for the season,that includes friendlies,FA Cup and Carabou cup.As I get bored to tears watching any other teams except Villa the Optus option is a non starter for me.I have watched all 3 friendlies so far ( didnt get Forest 0 and am well pleased with the quality/reception and content.Can also watch the u23 and games from last season ( Mens and Women ) Well worth the $70

    Hmmmm never thought of it that way but I must say again.I think he is a much improved player this season and deserves a place in most teams IMHO

    Look at it from another angle. How many goals ( Total ) would they score in a single season 40,50,60

    To compress the picture of me with the FA Cup at Wembley stadium I used: https://tinypng.com I had to compress the original picture 3 times to get it down to size.

    If you look outside the box you will se that. If Jack stays we get to keep a great player If Jack goes we get 100m Apart from all this.I cant blame Jack if he goes,he has waited long enough to play european football and he is not getting younger every day,so I wouldent begrudge him european football.On the other side of the coin,last season when Jack was out if DS had of played for a draw maybe we would have got enough points to be playing Europer lge football this season.Then Jack would have definately stayed IMHO

    I understant what you are saying but its a fine line because while we bid 25m Liverpool could come in and bid 30m and streight away we are on the back foot.

    I realise that but as I said.We bid 15m for that guy from River plate,25m for Bailey and apparently balking at 35m for Tammy.All I am saying is look at what the top 6 clubs spend/bid for players and then decide.Do we want to be one of them,if we do then we have to spend/bid higher.

    One thing I am having trouble understanding is. The owners say they want AVFC to be challenging for the Champions league or at least the Europa league,but then they put in a bid for Bayley of 25m.If you look at the clubs that already qualify for europe season after season,their mininum transfer fee is 30m or thereabouts.So, do we want to challenge for europe or not ? and if we do then the owners have to realise that players costing 15m to 25m wont get us there.

    I tried to post a picture of me holding the FA Cup at Wembley stadium in the Villa talk Pilgramage thread to show that a tour of Wembly stadium is the next priority after a trip to VP. When I tried to post my picture I got "File was larger than the max file size of 296.96kb.The size of the picture is 452kb.How do I post this picture or downsize it so that I can post it in the Pilgramage thread. I read the thread about posting images/pictures but there is no answer there. l did read about MJ Mooney having files which total a large amount which baffles me as my picture is only 452 kb ?!

    Yes,I know that but it is as good as we can expect ATM.Apparently after the second jab you only get flue symptoms for a few days or so.
