  1. At this point, I'm genuinely astounded Football Inside hasn't been sued for defamation or slander or something.
  2. Not massively tbh, but I think it has enough to be decent and it’s an affordable place to live. It has a few decent pubs and bars and some of the high street chains are still present. Id much rather live in Worcester than say, Droitwich or Kidderminster or Redditch. I still think Bromsgrove has a fair bit going for it too. A lot of places are in decline though. I live down in Broadway as I prefer the quiet life but always love going for a beer and an afternoon out in Worcester.
  3. I can’t speak for Stourbridge or other West Midlands towns but I feel Worcester still has a fair bit going for it. I’d rather live in Worcester than London!
  4. What makes you say that about Worcester and why would you stay in London?
  5. They played some of the best football I’ve seen in this tournament against Belgium. But they’re naive at the back. Even the goal against Belgium was criminal as it was just a punt up field that caught them.
  6. He’s our best defender. I want to believe Carlos is better, but until I see it, Mings is one of the first names on the teamsheet.
  7. So… ——————Watkins———————— Bailey—————————Chukwueze ——————Ramsey———————— ———Kamara——Merino—————— In Jan yeh?
  8. Shaw, Maguire and Kane have done ok. Bellingham, Rice, Mount and Saka have been particularly poor.
  9. I feel like I can feel like you can feel it’s coming.
  10. I’m seriously impressed with this US side. Musah, Adams and McKennie works well in the middle and Pulisic has the quality to hurt teams. They’re well drilled and they’re athletic. We might go on to win this game, but there is a lot to like about this American side. Southgate is a f***** moron.
  11. Or shoot the officer and then disappear into the night with a friend and hope you make it to Georgia or Moldova or somewhere like that. There really is no way back for Russia in this war is there?
  12. So like this... ————————Watkins———————— ———Bailey———————Buendia——— Digne———Kamara—Luiz————Cash ————Mings—Carlos—Konsa———— ———————Martinez—————————
  13. You know what, I forgot about Carlos! Yeh, he'd slot in there I guess. Buendia could play ahead of Ramsey as an example. Either way, we definitely have the players to play this formation.
  14. I still think we could play a very good 3-4-2-1. ————————Watkins———————— ———Bailey———————Ramsey——— Digne———Kamara—Luiz————Cash ————Donk—Mings—Konsa————— ———————Martinez—————————
  15. This. Nobody is paying Ings what we’re paying him here. He’ll run his contract down and then look to pick up a couple of 1 year deals before retiring around the age of 34 I suspect. I think he lacks the natural fitness to play beyond that - could be wrong. Everybody knows Ings was a panic buy. We’re stuck with him. I just hope Emery can get a tune out of him. The early signs are quite good. I can’t see us signing another striker unless we sell Watkins.
  16. Definitely. If Fabinho can’t get into your midfield, you’ve got some very good players!
  17. To think Brazil have Ederson, Martinelli, Jesus, Rodrygo and Fabinho on the bench. Some squad. Surprised Paqueta and Richarlison start.
  18. I think we need to be much more patient with our young players as a whole. Get the likes of Ramsey, Irroegbunam, Kessler out on loan until they’re 21/22 if necessary and then bring them back to see if they’re good enough. Chelsea did it with the likes of Mount and Abraham. I know we all want a team of superstar 20yr olds but players like Kamara, Bellingham and even J. Ramsey to name but a few are an exception rather than the rule. Id have no issue if Ramsey, Irroegbunam and Archer went back out on loan for the whole of next season too.
  19. Any decent Japanese players on view here?
  20. The most depressing part of it all is Saudi Arabia will win their bid in 2030.
