He is bar far the most fouled player in the league, even missing such a chunk of the season. He gets plenty of fouls, i'm not sure what more refs could do. -
After watching the goal i am stunned by this. It was a really good goal and a fantastic finish. There was no element of luck anywhere

People continue to ignore what it actually took for teams to break the original sky 4. But yeah, it was all because we signed heskey and MON was clueless.

It could have been spent better but every club has misses with transfers. For me, i just look at what it took for city and spurs to consistently get top 4 and how long it took them. We didn't come close to that really.

Exactly. There will also some crazy fans who had started calling for him to be sacked before the end of that season. Clearly promises were broken and honestly the way Lerner **** us from that point, i'm amazed anyone holds a grudge.

I never get the hate for MON. He clearly knew what was coming when he left and was proved right with how Lerner behaved from that point. He had us right up there challenging for top 4 season after season. He had flaws but we didn't spend enough to guarantee top 4. Great times for a few years. Been an utter shit show ever since.

Yep. Part of the reason some judge him differently to Bruce and others can't comprehend it. If he fails he will not cause long term damage like the last guy

A massive cabbage bruce mess. We had a huge financial advantage over everyone for 2 years. How many Bruce signings will play a significant part next season? For me that tells me all I need to know about the damage bruce caused and the mess smith inherited.

Smith, like Bruce, may end up failing and leaving a mess. I have no clue. I'm not 100% convinced he will be amazing. However, he has been hired to rebuild the squad so i see little point being incredibly critical or wanting him sacked before he has chance to do this.

He was crap the first season, it wasn't until he returned from injury last year that we saw him play brilliant game after game. You'd have to be a fool or someone who hates Grealish to try and argue that since that point he hasn't been an important part of the team. -
