  1. Gregg Evans and Mat Kendrick have both just followed him on Twitter. Pretty much a done deal it seems.
  2. I understand Stans been through a lot. I find it frustrating that people want Barry back who's the slowest player in the world but say Stans done. I think Stan might do the trick in the Championship for 60 minutes. Or steady the ship in the last 30 minutes as a sub.
  3. Selling him would be mad! I know this will sound daft but it's no coincidence that his best form and link up play were when he was playing with good footballers. Ie Delph, benteke and Gil. He won't flourish if he has to link up with players like Gestede. They don't compliment each other. Sort our defensive problems so we don't have to defend with 11 men behind the ball and play him behind a striker like a Sturridge (a complete footballer) and he will flourish IMO.
  4. A mate of mine is a Baggies fan. He said that he spent a lot of time away from the training ground, spent a lot of time in London apparently.
  5. Good news that Liverpool lost tonight in the 120th +1 minute. Will affect them mentally and physically. Things like this might give us the edge.
  6. Can utilise him more when playing a more mobile striker than the trees we have been using.
  7. Yeahhhh I tend to agree that I over exaggerated him being unplayable. We have seen him tear teams apart in his day, merely hoping he finds that sort of form if we play to his strength. My point was he has long drought spells in his career, now is not the time for another.
  8. I'm hoping Gabby goes on a little scoring streak now. When he is in form he's unplayable, it's just that when he isn't, he just disappears for 3months at a time. He's still out of shape and that's why Remi and him fell out I believe.
  9. He isn't great but he did win a lot of headers and flick ons. More than Gestede wins anyway.
  10. Money doesn't buy you success... Todays headline: Premier League spends over a billion pounds in the transfer market this season...
  11. Why would Ulloa leave when he has a chance to get a title medal?
  12. Never heard of him. What league does he play in? Can he play up top?
  13. I'm confused with the board for not going out and getting a striker in now. Some may say they're preparing for the championship. Do they not realise we'll need a new striker in that league too? WHY WAIT TILL SUMMMER!?
  14. I swear I seen him use his right foot to cross the ball, in which was diving headered over the bar before Bacuna had to head it in. He is lightweight and muscled off the ball a lot.
  15. We're him and okore wearing the wrong boots today? Both were slipping everywhere. I expected him to be rested against Wycombe. Showed he was tired today. Rest him against Man City. Shouldn't play any first team players against City in my eyes.
  16. I think he was played for his height and power today. Offers nothing going forward which we missed.
  17. Playing DM is definitely his strongest position. He's like a little terrier, nibbling and getting stuck in. Awful at shooting, hits row Z every time.
  18. Excellent today. Our midfield is our strongest attribute, we've been dominating possession and games in the PL recently. Shame they don't all chip in with more goals though.
  19. Bossed the midfield second half, floated across the pitch picking up the ball. Baggies couldn't get near him and just hacked at his feet.
  20. We are improving its just ashame we can't attract a striker. Would of won today if we had the likes of Remy. I still think Remi is the best manager for us, just hope the board doesn't leave him out to dry if he does want to make a signing.
  21. Looks like the Baggie fans are right, they are the biggest club in the Midlands. I've been so optimistic about staying up but wow. Listening to Hollis has me feeling glum. I feel sorry for Remi. Freak season where Chelsea and Manure don't perform while leicester do is a complete scape goat.
  22. I'm putting money on Sunderland, Swansea and Norwich.
