  1. At least he gives a **** about our club.. I did enjoy most of this article
  2. I may sound contradicting, but now i realised that my initial thoughts were wrong. I wanted Pearson but after having time to think away, it has to be David Moyes without a doubt. He has the ability to rebuild this team from scratch, he may not know the Championship but my gosh he can pick some very good players on a shoestring budget... Coleman Stones Lescott (Before & during his prime) Jagielka Oviedo Mirallas Baines Cahill Arteta Howard Pienaar Plus more.. He can get his teams playing with passion with organisation. If he can get his staff and full control we will be very fortunate to have him hired under our current state. He can certainly get us up and stabilise us in the Premiership without a doubt.
  3. Finally! He should not have been hired in the first place.
  4. If Kante leaves in the summer I would not be surprised if Leicester go for him..
  5. I hope we get Nigel Pearson, I don't think Moyes its up to scratch with the football league of present. Pearson finished with 102 points with a 9 point gap from Burnley. He may not have a Steve Walsh with him, but he would still make a big difference to our footballing staff. The fact that the board are looking for a Head of Football Operations could possibly mean that this role would be more suited for a Pearson, Monk type of manager.

  7. No way would we have been beaten 6-0 at home under sherwood.. no way. The players do not want to play for Remi and the worrying thing is that Remi is not the issue, its our infrastructure and ownership. Things will get worse until we have a new ownership.
  8. I have said this multiple times he was not the right man for the job, he is not a tactician, we play the same way each game. and he does not know the premier league. Yes he is a nice guy and he presents himself with respect and dignity but those qualities were never going to ignite this team. Where do we go from here? The only thing we can do is go back to basics, A manager that knows the championship well and is a real fighter , keep some of our players as i do believe that some are very capable at performing in the championship. Look for some real grafters in the league below and play to their strengths.
  9. Good appointment, i can see him contributing to bringing back the old values that we once had as a football club with a modern approach. I like the fact that this appointment has been made now because once the season finishes there will big decisions will be made, and now we are finally formulating an hierarchy upstairs to make those decisions. This could result into a restructure of the football club in addition to some sackings, i.e Paddy Reilly ect.
  10. Many of times he has saved us from getting relegated in the past. I've always enjoyed the passion he has shown in games too. I would keep him as our number 2
  11. We have not improved to a standard to where it have got a single win. surely a win percentage of 0.00% indicates that this was a bad appointment. He cannot get the best out of the players in the squad
  12. This does not hide the fact that he is our worst manager on record and thats what we will be reminded of when we see his name. I'm not saying that Sherwood should not have been sacked because he should have, the players were unfit and unprepared for the season ahead. I am also aware that Remi has tried to rectify this however he has not instilled confidence in our players there are only two players in our squad that are playing for him (Ayew & Veretout), the rest are disinterested.
  13. Wrong appointment, as i have said many times. He has not even won a game yet, not even against Wycombe. He cannot motivate our players nor can he inspire them At least under Sherwood we looked like winning a game. I still believe that he will be gone. I just hope that the rest of the board & chairman join him. This club needs a total revamp and our predicament will continue to get worse until Lerner and co leaves.
  14. We need to be targeting high quality, experienced championship players, i really hope that there is no truth in this.

  17. I said two months ago that he wasn't the man and unfortunately i was proved right. We need to stick by him now because he's going to be here until we at least get relegated. A lot needs to happen at this football club before we get back up into this league.. Starting with the chairman and the board.
  18. Stronger team this afternoon however the result was not good enough. We need to start preparing for the Championship next season because we do not know how to win and we are going down. I wonder what players would we be able to keep next summer?
  19. I hope we keep him, because he will contribute a lot of goals that will get us promoted next season. The defenders in that league were terrified by his strength and size.
  20. The players have not responded to him, and they won't, if we get relegated we need a British manager that knows the championship inside out. Garde came to this club at the wrong time in his career. Agree, i am most disappointed in losing Graham, he would have been useful
  21. Our squad lacks some serious grafters and hard workers, i would take hard work over ability any day. Leicester are a prime example, they all work hard for each other and have a fantastic attitude. A part of me wants us to be relegated, and get rid of the Gabby's and co then bring some energetic, hard working players that know the championship and have a very strong desire to play for us. We could get some real quality from that league because we would the largest club in that league. I would also love if we made our pitch smaller so we could play at a higher tempo and really make things difficult for the opposition.
  22. From what i have seen so far this afternoon, I am certain that this club will be playing championship football next season. No goals in us and our defence is a total shambles.
  23. There is no genuine passion in this team, these players are at a very low point in their careers collectively.
