Troglodyte Posted February 13, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted February 13, 2013 Get in! 1-1: Lewandowski completely miskicks the ball in the box, but both defenders on him are completely fooled and fall to the ground, leaving him to finish with a very composed second attempt. Keyblade
It's really fun watching United play like how most of their opposition in the PL play against them.

The_Rev
De Gea has had a good game too. That save from Khedira just now was class. Holding onto the ball when it is coming at you like that is fantastic goalkeeping.

The_Rev
Giggs should've took that on his right foot. You have seen him play before, right? He has been in the Manchester United first team for 22 years, and has played about 1000 games if you include his Welsh caps and during that entire time his right foot has been used exclusively for standing on. Jimzk5
Giggs should've took that on his right foot. To be fair at the speed he would of had to change his feet and shoot, at his age would of fractured his hip

The_Rev
It's a good result if they hold out, but I still think the winner of this years competition will be one of either Real Madrid, Manchester United, Barcelona or Bayern Munich. Juve are possible dark horses, but I think they need the really big boys to knock each other out to stand a chance.

He is playing very well tonight but he has produced some blunders in the past. A couple. and given he's a 21 year old goalkeeper, which is an absolute baby for a keeper, it's understandable. Pepe Reina and Joe Hart have both made more blunders this season than De gea. yet De Gea seems to be the only one who gets criticised. He's very good. And he will be excellent.
