BOF Posted February 6, 2013 Moderator Share Posted February 6, 2013 That's not a bad team. It's got potential. It just lacks experience (where have I heard and used that before ...). Only McShane in that team is actually shite. Good wingers, a good striker and a potentially good one. A good central midfielder and Glenn Whelan who is passable I suppose. It depends how seriously Poland take the game.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
McShane is back, have no fear.
Zatman
McShane, O'Shea, Clark are all rubbish. If he is playing and in the humour Lewandowski could have an absolute field day. Undecided on Sammon though. looked ok at Wigan not brilliant but decent hold up play but looks a bit slow for a step up and doesnt score enough goals
YLN
Clark just scored for Ireland. Nice finish and Benteke celebration

Zatman
yeah was a good finish. problem is Trap will probably keep playing him now because of the goal. He did it with Ward
hogso
It was on here someone mentioned Clark being deployed as a forward rather than CB, wasn't it? Quite sometime ago though, like maybe after his double v arsenal. Might be something in that after all.
Zatman
good goal from Hoolahan. He is a very good player for a team like Ireland and its baffling why Trap never gives him a go

Corcaigh
Sky sports did a thing with delany and hinted is Sweden give us a whopping hes gone .....so for the greater good Cmon Sweden Think its been clear since the Germany disaster and the sacking that never was that these 2 games will be Trap's Alamo. Four points needed from these games, can't see us getting anything in Sweden.
