spacemanscott
To anybody saying we'll loose 4 or 5-0, you ain't villa fans. Did you see the Sunderland game? yeah and take craig gordon out of the game and we would have had 3-4 more goals, we played ok against sunderland, but it just wasnt our day. That's true, we probably would have scored a few if they had no keeper.
OutByEaster? Posted March 27, 2010 Moderator Share Posted March 27, 2010 No team news yet. I'll be particularly interested in the bench. I think Gabby will be risked, let's hope it's not too big a risk.
momo
I have changed my mind. 5-0 to Villa!
OutByEaster? Posted March 27, 2010 Moderator Share Posted March 27, 2010 No Downing. Young starts, Milner starts, Gabby starts, Dunne starts. Injections all round then. It's all or nothing.

OutByEaster? Posted March 27, 2010 Moderator Share Posted March 27, 2010 If Luke Young and Cuellar and Dunne are starting, I guess that means Collins is dropped?
OutByEaster? Posted March 27, 2010 Moderator Share Posted March 27, 2010 On the radio they reckon 4-5-1 although Carew and Gabby are both starting. I'll wait for confirmation of the eleven before making any judgements, but it looks like a big gamble.
4Serious
No Downing. Young starts, Milner starts, Gabby starts, Dunne starts. Injections all round then. It's all or nothing. Now all of a sudden, if we're risking all these guys, then we need to get something here. I wouldn't have minding trying out the other guys and saying 'rest the main lads, whatever we get here is bonus'. But MON's throwing it on the line here. Either that or they're all magically fit! Guest Ricardomeister
I still think we will lose but that is a better Villa side than I was expecting.
Tomaszk
About time Downing got dropped and we had a proper right back in. If we get a result will MON be hailed for his genius changes even though it's been painfully obvious for weeks he was picking the wrong team. I'd have gone with Albrighton over Sidders I think. Just to keep Milner in the middle really, not knocking Sidwell as he's looked better recently seems a bit more confident.
