Stay away from drugs/alcohol and find something pro-active to do. Start a daft hobby. Don't bother with medication, it's shit really. Time will do what it does, but if it's really bad it'll still stick around regardless of what you do, so you just have to find ways of limiting it's effects. Medication doesn't seem the right way to go for this kind of thing. As for avatar, happy enough with Godard, would look neater without the clunky balls above him though. Might change about the signature too. Such a maverick I have become.
