They should let Messi go and then start the rebuild.

Benteke to Gestede is still a stinker. Courtois to Kepa isnt far behind

Benteke for Suarez although not quite in that sequence but a huge downgrade also.

Loftus-Cheek looks just as rusty as Barkley does this season. Shows how the Chelsea bench can really mess up players' rhythm. He's still good enough to start every game in that team though so he'll be playing his way through it. Not sure Ross has that same luxury here.

yeah Pickford isn’t good, better needed for England.

Neither is Keane.

It's astounding though that City have 3 left-footed playmakers on the field, each worth about 60-80m at a guess. Then they go and bring Kevin De Bruyne off the bench. Not sure how anyone is supposed to compete.

agreed.

The age of their players as well is actually quite scary too, Ederson 27, Laporte, Cancelo, Silva, Sterling and Stones all 26, Rodri 24, Jesus and Dias 23, Foden Garcia and Torres 20. Even Gundogan, De Bruyne and Mahrez are 29-30. Conveyor belt of talent.
