Chukwuemeka is probably the youngest player on the pitch and looks like he's already too good for this level, extremely impressed by him.

He is the youngest player on the pitch, yes.

Barry's been struggling but one bit of magic comes off! 2-1 Villa, Wolves had equalised a few minutes before.

He's been much more involved this half. Has the bit between his teeth now.

Only saw the last 15 minutes and just the one goal, but those minutes were very comfortable. I didn't think much of Wolves' tactic of parking 5 men on the edge of their area and letting us receive the ball in 25 yards of space in midfield.

A very good day for us so far.  With us beating Wolves and Fulham losing to Newcastle we leap into second.  Burnley and Palace are playing at the moment (0-0) but that's a bottom of the table clash and doesn't affect us.

Wolves 1-3 Villa (1pm)
Sunderland 0-6 Boro (1pm)
Newcastle 2-1 Fulham (1pm)
Burnley 0-0 Palace (2pm) (so far)

Thought Barry looked totally disinterested for the first 70 minutes.  Then the switch went on. Could have had a hat-trick.  Carney, Sturridge and Ramsey were quite good, as was one of the Revan brothers. Thought Bridge struggled.
