rjw63
Had a turkey crown left over from Chrimbo in the freezer (actually it's half of the biggest turkey breast I've ever seen, the butcher even cut it in half and strung it for us, was like two meat torpedos, fnarr fnarr). Be criminal not to have it today with home made bread sauce, roast garlic taters, honey glazed parsnips etc etc
LoughboroughLion
At uni, and only really tend to cook three dishes on rotation, which are pepperoni pasta, chillie con carne and various currys. I've recently found a recipe for sesame chicken so I think I will be trying that out. Has anyone got some one pot, easy to make with affordable ingredients dishes that are irresistible? Meath_Villan
My last few dishes out of this piece of shit kitchen......All lamb Lamb rump celeriac mash steamed baby leaks s/w a berry jus ........................and lamb stew
lapal_fan
lamb stew looks horrid. I'm sure it tastes lovely, but there's something about opaque sauces which leads me to believe it's not going to taste very nice. Good efforts though, lamb looks awesomely cooked! PompeyVillan
I cooked a chicken makhani last night, and it was epic. The first curry that I've made that matches or betters something you'd get in a good restaurant.
