Yule (joulu) Goat (pukki) is the literal translation of those two words, although the actual word Joulupukki just means Santa rather than Yule goat. I'm reliably informed that the Swedish one is wrong as well.

The prospect of drawing a map back then is absolutely mind boggling.

The fact they got them so close blows me away.

 

True. I can remember being slightly surprised when the first photographs of the Earth from space were published, that it looked just like the maps.

Mercury program, I guess I would have been about 11 or 12.
