Another young player and is very temperamental. Yeah he is a talent, but don't think he'd be the sort of player to fix our problems in the short term. Jimzk5 Posted December 29, 2013 Share Posted December 29, 2013 Morrison doesn't have a £10million release clause, he has a £16million release clause, he does however have a clause in his contract that if a club bids £10million and west ham don't accept it, they have to quadruple his wages from 15k a week to 60k. If we could get £18m+ for Benteke we should be able to get 3 players in that could improve our overall squad. OUT Benteke IN Holtby (Loan) CB DM Would also like to see us try and bring in a LB on loan, someone like Bertrand, as this is one of the weakest areas of our squad. When he wa mentioned in the summer many people mocked and said he was useless. Well he is exactly what our midfield could use right now. Don't think he would be available now unfortunately.
