  1. Played some brilliant passes again today.
  2. He actually does quite a good defensive job that seems to go around unoticed around here.
  3. Was just about to say he's been our best player. Little doubt now. WHAT A **** GOAL
  4. I have no words Tonev, what the hell were you thinking. Beneteke in the open ffs.
  5. Can't wait for Okore to come back as well, next to Vlaar. I'm certain we'll see less hoofing, if the hoofing consist I'm sure it will be more accurate atleast. Okore passing has been brilliant the few times he featuered, put him next to vlaar who's also safe on the ball with an in form Lune and Lowton and our back four will propraly be the best passing unit.

    Gym Routine

Just started on the good old squat and milk (slightly modernized) just to change things up a little. But god dammit 20 consecutive reps are **** killing me. Ended up puking the first time i tried the 20 rep squat. Body starting to adjust now though! But I tell you, it burns!
  7. Didn't he play Weimann one on one with the keeper twice?
  8. Very solid today. Never felt like West Ham would score today. A year ago I would be pissing my pants around the 80minute marker.
  9. Did McLeish kill Lambert, skin him, and suit himself?
  10. Sylla brings a lot of physical presence, and KEA has proven to be quite the tackler this season, so it might not be as bad as expected. What worries me the most is the lack of drive forward from midfield we'll without Delph, and how static we'll become. I think we'll see a lot of passing between midfield and defence then to see it get lumped up to Benteke. It wont be pretty. But I think we'll see this on through and win. I don't really rate Sylla, I don't think he's a particularly dominating presence in there, I don't think he's that good on the ball either and if you close him down quickly he's very likely to give the ball away.... hope to be proved wrong today though. Fair enough We'll see, I expect westwood to take a step up today.

  12. It does not exist, Fabian Delph does not create.
  13. I guess being Aston Villa fan from another country makes you a fat kid looking through a treehouse window. Most thought through post I've read in a while.
  14. This all may be true, but then why was Solskjaer linked with prem clubs consistently? The only difference is he won at a club that had more money Because he's one of the more famous players to have played for Manchester United, and he coached their Reserves teams as well. It's only natural that he's being linked to English clubs.
  15. You said it was spent badly, but 2)if Kozak turns out to be a good player then how can that be money badly spent? 1)Because we have better players in his position already, and relatively speaking the midfield is a lot weaker than the forward department. Yes we do but that doesn't mean the money was spent badly exactly. 1)I agree about midfield but to be honest I think our midfield looks pretty solid with Sylla in it instead of Westwood/KEA. Probably my biggest gripe with Lambert right now is the lack of game time Sylla is getting. (1) You agreed yourself that the midfield relatively speaking is a lot weaker then the forward department. Saying that the money on Kozak might have been spent better somewhere else(ie: on the midfield) / was poorly spent(ie: not spending them on the midfield) is more then fair in my opinion, looking at his preformance as per today. If you want to call that pure speculation, that's fine by me. But surely you should be able to see Rissos point seing that you agreed with him. (2)I think it's a weak argument to call something blind speculation when you're doing the exact same thing to make a point a few posts back. I'm sorry for getting at your back Mantis, but at times I feel we're just ending up arguing for the sake of arguing and it's not even remotely close to being a constructive discussion. However this is all in hindsight, a backup for Benteke was needed. I agree with that, and Kozak looked the mark to be a backup for Benteke(Not a direct replacement). The fact that Kozak has had a few bad games doesn't mean we should write him off yet. He might turn out to be a very useful player to us. But I certainly understand why people feel that the money should have been spent elsewhere, if you look at his last few appearances. But t maybe his goal at Norwhich is what keeps us up this season, you'll never know. But that's just blind speculation I believe we had a few targets of creative midfielders we wanted at the club, none of the transfer targets came thru. I think this is a position we want a player who can fit right in, and all ready got a certain quality over himself and also has a good all around game(not a luxury player). Therefore we're waiting untill the right quality is available at the right price, as it's obvious that theres some budget restrains and that Lambert is reluctant to overspend/being squeezed in the market. Lambert got a long term vision. He has enough faith in our current squad to believe they will keep us afloat until January or through the whole season. I have a feeling we might see something come in, in January though. We're building piece by piece, and I'm not expecting instant success and I don't think we'd get a successful creative midfielder for the price of 4.5-7.5million anyways. I got no quarrels with the signing of Kozak, but it doesn't look as good as signing as other signing Lambert has made so far. But you can't win them all! I remain faithful, until January. At least.
  16. Nifty move samjp, I assume it's amazon who's buying. If not I'd rather buy it, seeing that FM is such as great game that gives me so much value for the money.
  17. I don't follow Norwegian football much, but I truly have a weak spot for Strømsgodset after the impressive work they've been doing down there. They more or less went all the way by developing players themselves. Been following them loosely the past three years and they play the most entertaining football in the league along with Molde (imo).
