Lansbury has looked very poor for me. A decent pass every now and then, but completely invisible otherwise.

Grealish was playing quite a bit on the right side in the friendly versus united. Interchanging with Jota throughout the game. Might mean nothing.

If he makes strong defensive contributions I would assume its something thats been taken into account before signing him, he'll be pairing with Cash. It's crucial that the RB and RW works well as a unit and compliment each other. Have a feeling this signing will be a positive surprise for us.

I think he'll be a cracking player given another season. Good to see there's statistics backing it up. Theres still a few things needing ironing out, but he'll get there once he's adapted. Would be interesting to see a midfield with Nakamba and Luiz as a destroyer/deep lying playmaker role, with Luiz pushing forward when it's suited, dictating play. Coupled with McGinn doing his box to box thing.

Because last year's spending will have to be taken into account this year. Besides I think its more about the wage structure then how much money we have available for transfers.

In hindsight they've become quality players. They weren't at the time we signed them. At the moment we're a championship team who barely stayed up thanks to a hawekeye bug. There's plenty of quality players that aren't going to be interested in joining us. At the same time clubs know we need to strengthen and that drives the prices up. We're a difficult position when it comes to making transfers this year.

Hope we'll sign someone like Buendia, Watkins and a decent defensive/box to box midfielder. Grealish and Buendia on each side, Target and Cash overlapping. With McGinn, Luiz and a DM behind them. One can dream

Rather we get it right then paying over the odds for someone that's not going to improve the squad. No one abs a clue what's going on really. But judging by what's been said McGinn etc. Our owners are ambitious.

I think they're a welcome addition to the Premier League. Wouldn't be surprised if they have a good season.

Think they made some fair and valid points. However some of it was way over the top, almost to the point of sounding satirical.

It's not like we're in position to poach other PL teams players. They have to come from somewhere.

Organizing by dividing it into cohorts would definitely make it far easier and a lot safer.

Finsihing and dribbling all great versus poor defending. What impresses me is how he moves and attack space as soon as he releases the ball. His movement seems very intelligent, Thomas Müller esque.
