I'd pick the Desire. Better UI, sleeker design IMO, not as glitchy so to speak. The screen on the Galaxy is nice but apart from that I'd give the edge in most things to the Desire. Both are obviously great phones though.

Relative to me it's the same size as the desire HD's screen is to someone who's 5'7".

I'm being leant one by someone with more pointless technology than you can shake a stick at. It came up in conversation and he said "I've got one of them, it's too big for my pockets. D'you want to use it?". For internet browsing it's awesome and it's not that big but constantly being in landscape is quite annoying and so are 1.6's limitations. That said it is epic as a satnav and it has HDMI out (not that I've used that more than once, to see it work). It's good for watching videos on itself (including videos) as well and the screen seems to be completely indestructible. It does stick out of the pockets on some of my trousers though, and it doesn't fit in trackie bottoms' pocket hardly at all. I assume I'll have to give it back at some point so I'm not getting too attached.

Kenwyne Jones has so much potential. IMO he's potentially Drogba Mk. II. He needs the right motivation, guidance and coaching (a bit like Ireland) but I would shit if we signed him cause I reckon MON is perfect to make him realise his potential. I voted yes (I think :oops:), but I don't think an entire match has ever been orchestrated for a betting scam or the like. IMO though it's quite likely certain people have exchanged some special envelopes in payment for certain services at some point it the PL's history. Suffice it to say that I am in no doubt that there are people in positions of power at PL clubs who would do it if they thought they could get away with it. I don't know if that's everyone's definition of a fixed match but I'd consider it to be firmly of that side of the fence.

Are you serious? - we had lost - the idea of watching Man Utd (aka Norwich, aka Delia's boys) and their bunch of violent, scum fans celebrating (along with Mr P. Dowd - aka Red Phil) was not one that that made the idea of hanging around that soulless stadium for 1 minute more than we should have done. I'm with you Drat I also left at the final whistle (cant see a problem with that, didnt want to see those words removed celebrating) and was amazed how many Plastics were outside as well, considering they were about to lift the trophy I think (not sure) you to have misunderstood his point. I think he meant people were leaving before the 4 additional minutes (as in leaving 4 minutes before the final whistle). Someone near me did this. Waste of a ticket IMO.

Each viewer draws his own connotations to the events he's watching. I, and many others, am interested in the efficiency and magnitude of damage inflicted by each fighter in order to win a fight so the connotations I take are with war and primitive, animalistic fighting instincts. But if all you can think of is one bloke ramming his cock up another man's arse when you're watching a full contact professional fight then be my guest (just hopefully not my house guest ). PS - Velasquez improves again. He's really getting some momentum going, I can't really see how he can be beaten. The new superhulk Mir's Jiu Jitsu seems like the only weapon that could trouble him.
