I would love the club to sell McGinn this upcoming window. I think that Luiz should be played as an 8..its his natural position and one he excels at. If McGinn stays...we will never solve the problem in our midfield.

I think the tony xia idea has been taken and evolved from an Aston villa theme park to an Aston villa retirement home. It will be built onto the back of the new stand which will replace the old north stand. First resident will be Danny ings followed by Coutihno..then Suarez and Ashley young with a smattering of ex Liverpool playing buddies of Gerrard. 50 quid a photo with them all...the club will make a fortune

Thats what im scared of. The club is going to spend a fortune for players that might fit into gerrards playing style. The problem as i see it is that the system been played does not suit the league and is way too narrow. There are too many players being pigeon holed into positions that are not natural for them and i for one cannot see why the coaching staff cant see this. Like i said last summer window..we need to get the recruitment right..it didnt exactly go to plan last time.

I like sanson and the way he plays...but i have to question why 2 managers never wanted to play him. Is it his attitude or some other failing in his personality...time will tell i suppose...i reckon he will be amongst the first out this upcoming window

Observations for today Buendia should be starting every game McGinn has been missing since the first half of Norwich Konsa is having a mid-life crisis at 24 Chambers floating between defence and midfield is not working. Luiz seems to be in tik tok land and not focused on the game.
