I'm confused why monitors are better? What difference does it make? Referees are all taught the same thing. The same inconsistencies will happen if they use a monitor. One game will be different to the next. I don't know who's in the VAR room but I assume it's refs right? If not , just make the 4th official (already established ref) be in the var room instead. There will still be a lot of inconsistencies from game to game because a lot of the rules are highly subjective. One red card will not be the same red card next week even if they use monitors

I live in Asia where there's been a huge influx of Chinese over the past 2 years. I interact with quite a few Chinese and I feel like I may have caught it this week? Day 1: sore throat. Coughing and everything went away The only reason why I thought I got it because when I usually start coughing my lungs out with a cold or flu from this part of the world, it usually lasts for 2 weeks or more. I was just amazed that it just went out of nowhere. The worst part is that I'm better now, but I should probably quarantine myself, but there's been no suspected cases in country I'm in. Why are we blocked so hard by FPP? Couldn't we just agree to send majority of the money in summer for a player? Even though money is usually transfered over years. Trying to rate one manager against another is one of my most hated footballing debates. Certain managers fit certain teams. Certain managers get very lucky over a period of time and everyone thinks they're good. (Lambert, ranieri or whoever you spell his name) Managers are such a small piece of the puzzle and are massively over rated on their influence on a side (unless we use extreme examples). There's a reason why majority of managers wages are lower than player fees/wages, there's a reason why there's a different market for them. They're not as influential as we all think. Unless they tank a side on purpose.

It's fine playing kids and not taking it seriously. We don't hear the same outrage when teams play their kids and reserves in Europa league. But not being there on the touchline to see the kids trying to impress you is just disrespectful to them. Just shut up, play your kids, sit on the touchline whilst doing nothing and move on. Having your star player who's easily your most creative and capable of getting goals out for most of the season is going to hurt quite a lot. But theyve spent so much money and have one of the highest wage bill in the world that they should be able to still deal with that and finish top4. Because tbh, compared to a lot of the premier league, our team is pretty shit and really inexperienced in this level. We are just trying to scrape by and finish 17th. Staying up is the goal and then replacing some very obvious deficiencies next season to kick on even further. It's very rarely were going to be able to go the whole 90 mins with good performance. Let alone 5 of them. There's currently teams which have spent hundreds of millions over the years in the prem who struggle to go 45 mins with a good performance and our squad is much worse than theirs. We will go through 10-30 min spells each half hoping to look semi good and that's all we should be asking for at this stage tbh.
