Got friends stuck over in florida, a couple in their 50's, been told no flights for 8 weeks, the wife is panicking because of family and commitments over here, they saying they gonna drive from airport to airport to see what they can do. We have proven in some matches that it isnt the squad, it's the balance of before and in game strategy taking in to account who we are up against, there are times when we need a big sam dinosaur strategy against far better opposition, take the draw if possible and Dean could do that, any fecker in the stands could, but big sam wouldnt be able to do what we ARE capable of and when it clicks Dean's style is awesome. For Dean's inability to get the balance right and adapt from game to game and during games, means he has to go. Ps. How much more of this crap have we got to put up with for god sake, ain't fair and I hate ffp as much as I do SHA for making it even harder to do what we need, if my MAN'S got 10 billion let him spend the lot.

NWSE drew a line in the sand and said no more dinosaur coaching and playing staff, the business model they chose is what we needed to stop the crap we fans have put up with. Whilst admirable, it hasn't quite worked and although we are only 3/4 wins away from having a completely different season, the one we all hoped for, its apparent now that the squad is not far off capable of those extra points or more but the coaching staff does not know what they are doing and by trying to improve are actually getting worse. I love DS, the highs have been fantastic, however, we are not going to get where we need to under him. The thinking cannot change though, being results orientated is what has killed us before, bruce sam pardew etc etc are not the answer, unless you are happy to be bottom 6 or worse all over again. We need to let DS go, that is now obvious but we must now find the RIGHT man.
