  1. Good season. Goals goals and goals. Goalscorers are very important. I still think he can improve especially disguising his shooting a bit better (pass instead of shoot) but double figures from substitute winger is a brilliant return.
  2. Brighton home, West ham away, Burnley home n away, Sheffield United, Newcastle away, man United away, these are games I felt we should have won but we missed too many easy chances that's on the players. Dean Smith has improved himself and the players from last season. Next season we tighten up on the conceding of shots and start being more ruthless in front of goal we'll have another great season.
  3. Well done Boss. Great second season. Onwards and upwards. I don't fear sky scum 6 games anymore. In fact I was confident of the win today.
  4. Excellent season comes to a close with an excellent result. We've dominated London this season (except West Ham we should have won on their patch though). We've dominated a few games this season that we didn't win so that's something to look forward for next season. Looks like we're going to have break the ESL top 6 thanks Leicester.
  5. Right then @KenjiOgiwara about those lottery numbers...
  6. Started well then they dominated we didn't know how to deal with their formation and then I think McGinn (yes I do praise him when he plays well) got stuck in with a couple of tackles around minute 33 then since then we've been on top. They've started time wasting through hacking our players. Bout time some yellow cards for opposition against us.
  7. Bertrand Traore is shiiii.... Ohhh goal! Lol cracker. Bout time we scored from a corner.
  8. The Benteke of the last 12/13 games was like the Benteke that left us. His all round game was solid. And he was scoring goals. As a short term filler option he'd be solid IMO. Depends on wages of course.
  9. This whole who signed who is getting tedious and is quite frankly a load of bollocks. Dean Smith and Christian Purslow have reiterated it many times that we have a system in place now that also consists of many analysts who report to Lange who in conjunction with Dean and Christian will make a calculated decision whether to bring the player in. Just last season I saw a job advert for Villa recruiting analysts who were responsible for player recruitment and a whole lot of other jobs for analysts for player performance analysis. Our recruitment department and data analysis is growing. Edit - to suggest otherwise is doing a disservice to the effort we as a club are making into improving our infrastructure. The integration between first team and youth teams will also hopefully bear fruits in the coming seasons. That is another aspect of our recruitment.
  10. Err I don't think that's correct. One's a regular goalscorer in the hardest league in the world, the other is an average player for a relegated club. He's also become very injury prone.
  11. Rashica has been injury prone this season it seems. Not good enough for us now.
  12. Serves em effing right. Milot for being a knob. And the other guy for also being a knob. Knobs the lot of them. I'd buy him and loan him to a championship club just for pissing us around. Knob!
  13. That sorts us for the next 4/5 seasons. And being Uruguayan you can bet he'll bring strong mentality and will to win too. Not to mention that little bit of shithousery that I think we lack sometimes.
  14. I won't be surprised if we get De Arrascaeta. It's too much of an outlier link for it to be not true.
  15. Them , Barca. , Juve, Real and Manure are in huge debt. Manure can get away with it but from what my Spanish friends are saying that Real might not get the bail outs they usually get from the Spanish government. About time really.
  16. ElGhazi to score a hatrick with plenty of love from the Villans in attendance. A relaxed Villa are a dangerous Villa. I think it might be messy.
  17. Pretty sure he did some good defensive work also, tracked and cut out a few passes if I remember rightly. I think some posters have predetermined prejudices that makes them see something else.
  18. Better more expensive players are not on Watkins' level. Oh I CBA.
  19. Match sharpness counts for a lot especially in the Premier League. Hause is a dependable defender. £3m and he's solid against Kane and Son. Sheesh!
  20. Agreed and he's worth keeping for that smile. smile marvelous smile...
