    Looking at our squad for next season GK - Emi, Gauci, Youth Keeper RB - Cash, Kosta, (Konsa) CB - Konsa, Carlos, Torres, Mings LB - Digne, Moreno CDM - Kamara*, Iroegbunam, (Luiz) CM - Luiz, (McGinn, Tielemans, Ramsey) CAM - Tielemans, Diaby, Buendia, (Rogers), (Mcginn) RM - Bailey, Mcginn, (Diaby) LM - Ramsey, Rogers, (McGinn), (Diaby) ST - Watkins, Duran We are also probably bringing back Archer and Aaron Ramsey due to obligations and hopefully philogene as well. Looking at the team we need a cdm/cm hybrid as Kamara is going to miss half the season and we need someone to play cdm in the league and CM in cup games next to Tim. Wr also need to upgrade at RB to replace cash as the attacking option and replace digne at LB for financial reasons. We could also do with upgrading moreno as well. We could also do with a 5th CB if only to provide depth given mings is coming back from a serious injury and Carlos' recent string of injuries. We've been linked with hermoso on a free for a while now and he'd solve the need for a digne replacement and 5th CB. Attacking wise we are doing great. 7 options for the 3 behind Watkins at least plus Duran is good depth for ollie. Maybe we bring in archer or philogene/Ramsey into the first team. Hopefully we can sell chambers, Dendoncker, Moreno, cash and digne for circa 60 mil. 25 for cash, 10 for moreno, 15 for digne and whatever we can get for Dendoncker and chambers.

    Philogene is really good for a winger defensively. Very good presser and tackler.

    If luxury tax was to be brought in - it should be based on a flat amount. 200 mil is the limit before tax and then for each 40 mil you go over you enter a different bracket. First 40 mil, you pay an extra 1 pound per pound over, next 40 mil 2 quid, next 40 mil 3 quid. If a club wants to spend 400 mil they have to pay an extra 600 mil. You could tweak the brackets you could perhaps maybe so the goal is to limit spending at like 500-600 to allow the prem to compete with real and barca. If you made the brackets 100 mil, to spend 500 mil you'd have to pay another 600 mil and you could divide that between every club in the prem and send like half of it to the football league as well. If they want to introduce a luxury tax it should be based on the premise to make the playing field mroe level not to make it so those ultra wealthy clubs can keep spending.

    Idk how it works if we are in violation of uefa rules but if it's like a 4-6pt punishment then it doesn't matter really. I'd much rather just bite the bullet and avoid having to sell Dougie or Watkins who themselves are easily worth that for us.

    I think Tim has had some moments of good some moments of bad. He'll get better ashe gets more confident.

    Earlier in the half the ref played advantage - we lost the ball immediately and he didn't bring it back.

    I don't agree we are binning the game, though certainly we are not fielding our strongest side. We still have fielded a fairly decent side.

    Plus we signed ings and that clearly didn't work. Watkins went into the worst form of his life because of the additional pressure.

    Tbf it doesn't help that we have Zaniolo and Duran. Who have 12 yellows in 30 fouls. Which is a terrible record. Part of it is dissent and a couple of lashing out but yeah they get a terrible whistle.

    Youri is good at a bunch of things, his biggest weakness is his inability to recover in transition. Wolves didn't really play much in transition, where his lack of top speed is exposed.

    Really liked him sprinting back from the other side of the pitch when konsa and Luiz were against 3 wolves players and forced the winger out wide.

    For such a poor performance a draw is a good result.

    Konsa had the opportunity to clear it, but was dragged down. How isn't that a foul.
