Long Term, well if we have a new ground and a variety of associated businesses in the surrounding area, plus can host more concerts (perhaps with a closeable roof like in Madrid) we'll be able to make significantly more revenue. On the other hand they are an investment company and likely won't stand for losing money. So it may dampen how willing to spend the group is in the long term though if the growth is big enough, they'd still be willing to invest.
