I don’t post often, but I just want you to all know that I think I’m in love with Unai Emery. I haven’t felt this excited by my Villa for years. The 10-game run under Deano was special, but this just feels different. I dunno, maybe it feels more sustainable. Seeing how the coaching is improving our play; it all feels like there’s method to what we’re doing. I also think his assistant doesn’t get anywhere near enough credit - he’s an experienced, quality appointment that I think complements Unai perfectly. I feel in love with Villa again, and that is the biggest compliment I can give.

You seem to be forgetting last week’s game, when he made all three subs by the 72nd minute. The thing you - and other posters who bang about with the same points *over and over again* - seem to forget, is we haven’t had the strength in depth to make quick, decisive changes to massively influence the game. That’s a long process and this isn’t Football Manager on Editor Mode.
