I liked the look of him, thought he was beginning to do quite well. Remember the good old days where we used to always have a world class keeper.... feels like those days are never coming back.

Still think if we want top two it's Newcastle we are most likely to catch, def won't catch Brighton, they are going to walk this league.

I know, a lot of people will disagree. Just having seen Brighton the last few seasons, I just feel they are the stronger team and will have the better team spirit and the experience of the marathon that is this league, they were incredibly unlucky not to have won the league last season. Hughtons been there and done it at this level multiple times, there's less pressure on Brighton, they have the best defence, just for me the whole set up is better. IMO.

Clearly you've not watched much of Brighton then, they aren't bang average for this division by any stretch.

Why are Brighton catchable but not Newcastle? Brighton IMO are the harder team to beat in this league and there's only 3 points between Brighton and Newcastle at the moment.

I don't think Villa will beat Brighton, they are too strong, nothing wrong with that mind, they are wiping the floor with a fair few teams.

It's a shame his final ball is so woeful cos credit to him, he does genuinely seem to try his hardest in most games.

I remember this Gabby to Arsenal rumour, he was strongly linked back then when he was on the edge of the England squad too. What a fall from grace eh.
