    I use the BBC for dramas, the ocassional comedy series radio 5 and MOTD (purely for extended highlights and 'analysis') I don't watch the news for a variety of reasons. My wife had radio 1 on in the car and it only serves to remind me how crap most of today's music is and that I'm an old man. I don't begrudge paying the license fee as I'm used to it I guess, I do feel that it should be free for over 65's/ retired because tv is probably relied on more as you get older and is, in some ways, a companion.

    I was waiting for my Mrs in Derby recently, did a bit of Christmas shopping then popped into a bar for a beer. Cost £9.50 for a stein, was impressed with how reasonably priced it was.

    Late to the party offering any advice maybe, but I think it wise to try and separate the words and the actions. Almost like the difference between your head and your heart. Saying 'I love you' carries some weight when said, but do the actions match up, are they showing you they love you etc. Break ups are never easy and carry some emotional ties. Best of luck.

    Pleased they won today, hate points deductions as it seems to hurt the fans more. That being said, whatever points total man city end up with, please someone deduct enough points to make them one point from safety, thus relegating them.
