I'd rather the way it is now then when I went to football as a kid - I've seen more than a few bricks and punches thrown. The language, both vile and aggressive is pretty disgusting, but as others have said why would you take your children to watch that? Very damaging.

I don't think I have a loser mentality, although I'll leave for others to decide. Its not giving up on the league. It's more giving up hoping that our club is run by people with good intentions and players that actually want to bust a gut playing for the team. I can stomach our club being run within its means (Actually, I'd prefer it) But to come in with all the hype promise of a 'bright future' and then to pull the plug with no real explanation to me stinks of no real passion. And I'd like passion from the chairman, manager and players. To hire somebody like Mcleish was an incredible decision and perhaps there would be a certain small satisfaction in knowing that it will hurt Randy in a small way. I also do not believe the club with regard to Mr O'Neills departure

I've been to see Forest play a few times this years and thats been around £27 a ticket. Amazing there is so little difference between the leagues. I'm sure his position would be untenable if we get relegated, there is too much bad feeling...... but Randy wont sack him :!:

I guess its the thing about being able to laugh at yourself. Football is about the highs and lows. We are a joke at the moment. We have a choice I believe. We stay up, Mcleish stays. I've supported Villa for nearly thirty years (My life minus toddler years) I've been on my seat cheering at the good times (Tranmere victory, Inter Milan, Leeds and Manc cup finals) and worried beyond belief at the bad times - doing the relegation fixture permutations the sale of our best players at the worst moments. But I'm guilty! Guilty of enjoying this. Randy pulling the plug has left me disenchanted, we have gone from being nearly title-challengers to chumps and frankly it is funny. He's a decent young player that gives his all. That's the reason I will give him my support, because I suspect a few of the others do not give a shit. They either do not give a shit or have no character.

Randy has indeed sold to an arab. He had two serious offers. He took the one which provided a full cash deal. The other party was also scared away by the Shemagh that was left on the table
