  1. And that's what this thread is all about. Brilliantly told.
  2. I think you are taking this persona too far now.

I've listened to the first episode, and it's fascinating stuff. Really well written and produced. I can't quite shake the feeling that she is a little bit in love with Adnan.

Serendipitous timing - I finished the final episode a couple of hours ago. Any recommendations for something similar?
  6. I feel like Eminem at the end of Stan: come to think about it, Simon was you, damn.
  7. I thought you lived in Holland? He missed the "h" off the end.
  8. It was rather rude and remiss (of me) to pass over your valuable research. So: thanks. That came across as sarcastic (or condescending, or both) - it was neither. I don't always convey emotion well (or appropriately). Ta. No worries.
  9. Hoist with... Oh dayum. Hoisted with my own petard. Edit: in before the "hoist".
  10. Oh dayum. Hoisted by his own petard. Oxford recognises both pronunciations, incidentally.
  11. It's the internet, of course they can. Edit: should've quoted. Ah well.

  13. My view, too. But funerals shouldn't be about what the deceased want, it's all for the survivors, really. So I've said to my family they can do what they want, whether it's a huge ceremony or throwing me in a skip. I don't care. What do you think the "survivors" would want? I think their main goal would be to do the deceased proud and thus telling ones family what one wants and them being able to produce that once deceased could be a better funeral for the survivors than them doing their own thing. What im saying is maybe pretending one cares may actually be a gift to his loved ones when passing. *excuse all the ones, just trying to not make a subject on death personal Footnotes?! Donnie is going to spontaneously combust.
  14. Unfortunately it's the same missions as the story for strikes, which you have to do again and again. Luckily they add damage modifiers and other bits which mean you have to appoach it in different ways when played at higher levels There are sometimes new missions, which are about for a limited time. The 1st one was Queen's wrath which was a few weeks ago Even Queen's Wrath was the same missions with different rewards.
  15. Planet of the apes is happening... Outbreak. Save us Dustin.
  16. The incubation period is around 21 days, but I think it is only contagious once a person is symptomatic.
  17. Congrats on your new job, Stefan! Link
  18. You take that back. Big Willy Style is a bona fide classic.
  19. Yeah, I play with mates too. We've had some good laughs messing around in the tower. I think I enjoy the combination of loot-lust and the beautiful controls. The movement is so smooth. I think that contributed to how clunky the Shadow of Mordor movement felt to me. Here's my guy. I currently need 200 nightfall kills to unlock my Pocket Infinity, and am still fruitlessly searching for a purple primary. I've somehow amassed three purple shotguns, but not a sniff of a primary. If you're ever solo, we'll have to team up for a strike or two, or we could combine crews and have a go at the raid. I got to about the third stage the other night before a bunch of randoms and I had to call it a night. Very tough but fun, and you are well rewarded.
  20. I will give Spelunky a go, thanks Rev. P3te, it is a shame your head exploded and you are now dead.
