As we become better and control the ball more and more over the coming seasons i think we will see his real quality on the ball shine through. 60 games as a full back in his life and performing to this level already. Think there is major upside in performance to come unbelievably

3 or 4 years off his peak still . He has the steel that Mellberg and Laursen had but with far better ability on the ball. And he never shuts up . Worth every penny if not more

He is the best keeper in terms of all round ability we have had in many many years. Saving . Claiming crosses . Distribution on the floor or long passes . Commanding and demanding . He is worth at least 10 points a season

One major major signing in the summer in midfield and then potential quailty with room for improvement in defensive positions . And if Wesley doesnt come back from his injury then a forward player . That would be my guess

Quick observation. He does miss alot of chances where a little more composure would have allowed him to maybe score. Do you think that the huge workrate he gets through means that he doesnt get a perfect strike or angle at times ? Does his workrate lead to more missed chances ?

Exactly what i think. Whether a quick or a slow pass it is always perfectly weighted . The Palace game where El Ghazi smacked it top corner , the pass from Grealish to Watkins just before was that good Watkins didnt think it would reach him . The Palace player was a yard from it but somehow Grealish could see that he would be unbalanced and unable to cut it out. That was a genius pass just like the one last night.

Mings 150 first team games including 10 for Chippenham Cash 150 first team games including 10 for dagenham and redbridge Konsa 151 games for Charlton and Villa. I think sometimes we overlook just how few games Mings has played in his career . He has he totals of a 23 year old not someone nearly 28. We expect more of him as he is the senior player but if you look at games played he is exactly the same as the other 2m I think he will not peak for another maybe 4 years as he is an athlete . If he irons out the one stupid mistake every couple of games you have a brilliant organiser who is brilliant in the air who will throw himself at balls and also have a great cultured left foot and a decent turn of pace. Tyrone is Imo a huge part of going to the next level

We should just do what barca did with countinho . Loan him to city or bayern for the seasom so he can win the league and the champions league and then he can come back and with that experience take us as high as we can imagine whilst playing till 40 and ending up in the Pirlo role.

It shows how Deano can see potential. When i think of players at premier league level i think of them being coached in tactics not really to improve as players. But it seems that from 1 to 11 our coaching staff are improving their ability. No one has gone backwards . Even when replacements have come in they have performed far better than they did last season. I think the sports science guys need a pat on the back for Targett. He is a yard quicker and far braver as well as tactically aware now. And to top it off he has a sweet left foot. Loving this
