Would the details of the case be made public then though? I'm sure any judgement in such a tribunal is made public (doesn't have to be published in the media, but available through a database of former tribunal cases) as it sets precedent for future cases...

What about if he actually wants to play regular football, and sees what has happened to Barry, Milner, Young and Downing? None left Villa to become first team regulars and their careers have stuttered as a result. Let's not forget Milner, Downing and Young were regular England internationals when they were here and now make the odd squad. It will depend where Benteke's ambitions lie, in terms of playing football. If we look like we are going to try and build this year instead of selling, like we did when Liverpool came in for Barry, we might be able to hold onto him and achieve a finish closer to the top six. That could be enough to attract better players and also provide a good reason to keep players like Benteke here. The clearout must be close to an end now. We've scat most of the high earners and the squad is young and improving. Restoring this team and adding a solid central midfielder and a couple of centre halfs and we should be a fucksight better than we are now, and we are only three points of mid table now.

they ( like a lot of the US airlines) charge for baggage at check in which surprised me for big airlines ( they were US internal flights i took with them , don't know about World wide) I never paid baggage when I flew to NYC with them in December, but I had to pay for a second bag when I flew to and from Denver a few months beforehand.

I reckon he'll be Forest Manager within 18 months and his last footballing achievement will be re-establishing them in the top flight. He will then leave them languishing around 15th prior to a difficult run of games some time around February/March and never manage again. Then he'll be a BBC pundit - which he should be able to do a far better job at than the current bunch of fuckmuppets.

Delta are pretty good. I've used them to get to the states a few times. Ryanair are the worst I have ever flown. A combination of a lack of leg room and a generally uncomfortable experience. Far cheaper than the closest alternative though...
