I agree Richard, Randy's next appointment could go two ways, Unite the fans again or disenfranchise some quarters permanently. I really hope for everyone's sake its the former. Agree with both these posts. This decision to sack McLeish is a start not the end of what is needed. Agreed and said the same in another post! RL has a lot to do!

Stour try reading the thread! Not spotty kids but long term season ticket holders who feel that we have to resort to drastic action. I respect why you may renew so try and see it from our view. If everyone renews then we are giving RL the thumbs up to carry on.

If there were clear conditions in my contract about drinking and general behaviour during the playing season, yes, I would expect disciplinary action. The fact that they all appear to have lawyers or advisers on hand ready to concoct a public apology at the drop of a hat suggests they do, too. I really think that he will be here next season, I just cant see RL holding his hands up to a **** up. He will justify it with it being a transition, injuries and using another managers players and the need for him to bring in his own.

Cant see us relegated, cant see us getting another point, cant see AM being sacked, cant see us buying any decent players next season, cant see how we have managed to stay up! cant see a bright future, cant see me being there next season. I can see us going down next year, can see a loads of propaganda bullshit coming from the club in the coming months.

The ones I have dealt with have been scum, full of bullshit! They are so up your arse getting you to an interview and have learnt a lot over the past couple of years with them and though you rely on them for getting you through the door you really have to humour them and take nothing they say as gospel. I have done well getting interviews and always get to the 2nd interview stage which has involved time off to attend so if you dont get it you would think that the agency could at least give you some constructive feedback to take with you to your next interview, I have even had 2 interviews and not even had the agency ring me back to say yes or no. Just went for a big job recently, 2 interviews went really well yet could I get any feedback or even if I got the job? No! Just bullshit each time I ring, I have even seen the same agency and another re-advertise the position yet they deny it :evil: I got pissed off this time as used up 2 more days holiday and found that the agency had sent an e-mail to the employer on my behalf which was cringeworthy! I sent a hand written letter to the guy who interviewed me explaining that even a month after my interview I had still not heard anything, I had no feedback and that how suprised I was to find an e-mail had been sent on my behalf. It was a simple request for feedback. Just this second had the agency guy ring me but by chance I was busy writing post This agents e-mails to me after the first interview we laughable! He tried giving me feedback but it was bull "They loved your diverse role at company "x" and feel this would be a big help to them" Well considering I had never worked for company "x" or the other 2 companies in other e-mails and even called me by a different name in another! Rant over :evil:

I find Monster rubbish and usually use Total Jobs,the job centre and jobsite Fish4jobs What industry are you looking at? Another suggestion is to upload your CV as most of the interviews I have had have been from agencies finding my CV and not ones I have applied for.

I'm sorry to be the one to have to tell you this but there will be no DVD review this season due to the need to reduce costs. This season the club will simply be making a video available on AVTV, again sadly due to the costs of television rights these days they won't be using actual footage. Instead one of Villatalk's very own members will be recreating our finnest moments through lego. For those not stupid enough to pay for AVTV a flick book of highlights will be available from the club shop. showing the seasons best highlights as it could be so short it could be classed as a subliminal message

Agreed, looks a nice bike! I go up the chase 2 to 3 times a week, trying to get my fitness up so just doing the dog at present but will be back on the monkey trail soon.

I heard just over 5000 but I dont believe anything to be honest as there is going to be a lot of propaganda shit coming out as we have already seen with the comments that there will not be any half season tickets or cheap tiickets next season.
