  1. If its this guy then he is a wind up merchant.
  2. They're relying on non-book readers to remember some small references made in past seasons. However, the biggest hint in the show this season is the presence of the Kingsguard.. "Our Prince wanted us here" - Arthur Dayne So, whilst that doesn't confirm Rhaegar to be the father, it's the biggest indication in the show this season.
  3. The books don't have a strict linear timeline. For example, books 3 & 4 are taking place at exactly the same time... That being said, the shot of the fleet does confuse things. Having Dornish and Tyrell ships sail to Mereen only to sail right back to Westeros would be a bit unnecessary. It would make more sense for the shot of the fleet to actually sailing from Dorne, but then it looses the impact of her finally getting a move on, six series later...!
  4. Maggy the frog predicted that the Valonqar would kill Cersei. In the books Cersei always took this to mean Tyrion. But I think the show is foreshadowing that it will be Jaime, which will be some small redemption for his character.
  5. Worst episode of the season for me.
  6. Honestly, even ignoring the lore, that fight is one of, if not the best in the series. I'm flying through NG+ on my dex build, but have also started a pure magic build. You can melt the bosses with a mage, but I'm finding the early game mobs to be extremely tough.
  7. A few reasons off the top of my head. 1) To force Randy to be open about things. 2) Their position is undermined by the potential takeover and so they cannot fulfil their remit or put reform in place. 3) The takeover stops them appointing their preferred choice of manager which ties into point 2.
  8. Why would King speak about it in a interview after he has resigned? He has no obligation to follow any PR being spun when he gave that interview.
  9. So, the nameless king is tough...
  10. This is the first boss I've struggled with so far. Although I finally managed to beat him last night. Loving the game so far. The difficulty is certainly harder than both DKS2 and Bloodborne.
  11. With an on form Benteke up front.. He won 1 of 9 without him.. (League Games)
  12. Among our many problems this year has been individual mistakes leading to goals (see Hutton) and the inability of our defence to keep things tight. Whilst we have improved this over recent games, there remains room for improvement and Debuchy will be a step up on Bacuna, Richards or Hutton in this position. That being said, we definitely need reinforcement in attacking areas, but any reinforcement in those areas would mean little if we revert to type and concede 2+ silly goals a game. I don't mind this signing, so long as we also sign reinforcements up front. If this is the only signing then it would do little to help in my opinion.
  13. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/634279/Aston-Villa-Remi-Garde-Lamine-Sane-international-defender-Premier-League-transfer-news Not sure how reliable, but the Express are reporting that we're actually speaking to two more on top of Sane. Seems Remi may not want Richards back in at CB when fit.

As above really. Make sure you are the highest light possible when decrypting engrams, as they are more likely to decrypt into something which will increase your level. Fill you bounties up at every possible opportunity. The XP they provide is a major boon when leveling up characters. You can hold 16 in total and they reset daily. Save any motes of light until you are able to get legendary (purple) or exotic (yellow) gear. You can now consume Motes for XP to level your gear and can save hours of grinding when you find a weapon you really like. Play crucible... Normal crucible removes any level advantages so it is a more even playing field. I've found that you gain XP and level up quicker by mixing up crucible with regular PVE. Also, complete the crucible bounties available from the bounty master and Lord Shaxx's crucible questline. Shaxx's quest provides you access to more bounties which provide some decent end game gear. Avoid Iron Banner until you reach 280 / 290 light. It starts on 29th December and is crucible with level advantages enabled. You get some great gear from it, but at a low level it's quite disheartening. Have fun! Feel free to add me (cudoz279 - PS4). Quite happy to run any content with you!

I did buy the digital copy on release so I didn't know that. Thanks for clearing it up! The gameplay is solid and they're working on new events. I'd be happy to run y1 content if you do pick it up as I got in late myself.

You can get The Taken King cheaper than that at CEX (I saw it for c£15 the other day...). So I wouldn't buy the electronic copy from PS Store. That being said, I'm still hooked, but that's mainly because I have a friends list of active player which makes the current end game content (raids) good fun. It can still be frustrating but, as its a RNG based loot system, that is to be expected..
  17. Story out of nothing IMO. He's had a few niggles according to reports so isn't fully up to speed. The Liverpool guff is most likely the press putting 2 + 2 together and getting 3. They are short on CB's due to injuries, but don't appear to have a recall option on the deal. However we do appear to have an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season. My guess is Liverpool (or Klopp) now rate the kid again and are leaking things to try and tempt the player to reject any offer (although one would think we have already agreed terms to have the option in place).

The release of The Taken King has vastly improved the game, it's arguably now what it should have been upon release. It's one of those games that, if it hooks you, you'll spend all your time on the grid. But I know plenty of people get fed up with bowing down to the RNGods in order to progress your character.
  19. I have to disagree on Everton. I can't see them getting near the top 6 as they have once again failed to really strengthen the squad. Take out Lukaku and they're first choice striker is Kone, Cleverly is being played as a winger, Barry & Jagielka are another year older, Baines is injured, and Howard has a clanger in him. Good first eleven, but lacking in depth. Plus, I fail to get the 'hype' over Martinez.
  20. That was doing the rounds hours ago. Quite fake. (It's the Gestede one)
  21. Or..... Agbonlahor. Or AN'Zogbia ? Regrettably, that's most likely a problem we need another 12 months to shift. Agbonlahor is wIshful thinking on my part. Everything seems to point to Antonio from Forest.
  22. I don't belive anything until @whispers_avfc confirms the facial with Sherwood.
  23. Seen this tweet Transfer Centre Live ‏@TransferCentreL 1h1 hour ago QPR are leading Wolves and Aston Villa in the race to sign 19-year-old Club Brugge striker Obbi Oulare for £5m. QPR or Wolves aren't prem clubs. Another wait and see. Watford apparently.
  24. Be amazed if he is available at that price.
