  1. I have noticed, I'm just not going to decry that we haven't brought anyone every 30 seconds, its just not worth it... yet.
  2. You're welcome Who knows in 14.5 days time we could be hailing this as a great transfer window or, we could be moaning like we are know. Me, I'm going to wait and see and have some faith.. Incredible I know!
  3. No, it ends on the 31 January. http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/fans/faqs/when-does-transfer-window-open-close.html
  4. Well, they do need a new right back..Bardsley is awful
  5. Are we ignoring that Sunderland have "apparently" denied the existence of the clause?
  6. They've won one game since he signed this deal That being said, they are suffering from a huge injury crisis.
  7. I thought it was quite well known thet Neil Moxley talks rubbish? He's probably read the theory on here and decided to call it an exclusive.
  8. There were a couple of shaky moments, but I thought he had a good performance overall. I do get worried everytime he tackles though, as at least once a game he seems to stay down or limp around for a few minutes.
  9. Excellent piece on punditry and MOTD in the guardian by Michael Cox of Zonal Marking. http://www.guardian....unditry-sky-bbc
  10. Middle 4 - Gene Simmonds Bottom 4 - Slash Bottom 6 - Zak Wilde
  11. Middle 2nd left is Diamond Darrel from Pantera
  12. Middle second right is James Hetfield Top third from right Alice Cooper
  13. I would be very surprised if he came here. I know they're biased but the majority of the reports in the NE state he wants to return to Newcastle. Carrol and Bent upfront would be tasty.
  14. As far as I am aware, if the players objected to the transfer to a new-co their registrations would revert back to the SFA. The orginal CVA proposal states; 3. Under the Liquidation scenario, the club ceases to trade and therefore the player contracts terminate and registrations revert to the SFA and therefore may have no value. So I'm assuming this would still apply.
  15. There are no guarantees that the players will join "The Rangers". I'm not entirely sure how it would be applicable to a football contract, but under the Transfer of Undertakings (protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) an employee can object to joining a new-co. TUPE Regulation 4 In effect they could all become free agents and join other clubs. I hope the SPL clubs do vote no. However, would they just run with an 11 team league next season and have one extra promotion spot available?
  16. More developments Players to Join Newco Charles Green is hoping that the TUPE regulations will hold up in this case. If the newco is dumped in the third tier they may need the income they can get from selling any players. We could see some players exploiting the webster ruling if that becomes the case.
  17. Bye Bye Ranges! It comes as no surprise to me that HMRC have rejected the CVA proposal. Though i'm sure the other creditors will have something to say about this as the £5.5m consideration is going to be swallowed up the the Adminstrators and Liquidators' fees. The SPL clubs have a huge decision coming up.
  18. Personally I'd rather Paul Lambert gets in who he wants to get in.. If that's IC & GK than so be it. If he wants them i'm sure we'll pay any compo if required.
  19. After all the excitement of the last two days I would feel slightly disappointed with anyone but OGS, that includes AVB
