Any UK based Consortium I think would be in it for the money. We would be floated on the stock exchange again earning them a fortune and as long as we tread water and stay in the Prem the TV money will fund squad purchases. Not excited by that prospect hope I am wrong.

I thought that 10 yellows rule finished at the end of March??? Clark should be ok now. 2 week international break get a few players fit that are carrying knocks and we are good to go for the run in.

Buy a ticket for any of the remaining 5 home games and you get a voucher for any of this seasons shirts that includes keepers! I picked up a long sleeve home with my Swansea ticket which was also a tenner if you know someone with a season ticket!

I went to El Classico for my 30th back in 2004 I never had a ticket but rolled up at the Nou Camp before kick off. Managed to get 4 of us tickets through socios basically Barca have fans from all over Spain so my guy was from Majorca his normal companions could not make it so he sold me their tickets for face value. Was on the 2nd tier towards the corner flag. In the bars for the week leading upto the game you get touts offering tickets for 400-500 euros. I was willing to take a chance at the ground though.

Premier League era I would say Henry he was an amazing striker and I love him as a pundit too. Love Messi because he plays the game in the right way even knowing he is the best player. Loved Batistuta, Zamarano and Salas from the late 90s early 00s.

He has done a lot right in a short time. Sunderland is massive, bigger than the Baggies Quarter Final. Can we win 2 league games in a row? Can we beat a team away from home? Saturday will tell me a lot more than the past week. One thing I am loving though is how he is rubbing up all our neighbours fans. They hate him already! He has given us our pride back.

I would be worried if I was an Everton fan they have some tough games left and are not out of the relegation fight yet.

Fans favourite Sandro who they flogged to QPR! You have to laugh so basically Sherwood called it right. Not my first choice but I like what I have seen and heard so far. All us fans want is hope and we have that again.

Had to happen built a good squad but could not do anything with it! I wanted him, so wanted him to succeed. He was given a fair crack 3 years is a long time with the record he has so he can have no complaints. Wish him the best for the future. Big game Sunday see you all there!

We have the players, we just need a plan and Lambert has had 3 years to figure it out and is still trying!! Sherwood has been seen at Villa Park quite abit recently so he would have seen what needs to be done. I have said I want AVB but that ain't gonna happen so I would take Sherwood he would give them a kick up the arse and hopefully have a plan.

This Utd team is no better than Moyes one. All that talent and no idea. If they come in the Top 4 it will show how bad our league is.

AVB for me. Give him 20 million and whatever he can flog Benteke for and give him the time Lambert has had and we would be challenging for European Places. Unfinished business in the Prem a point to prove and young enough to build whatever he sees fit.

1 lash out that was his 7th Red Card!! Great player but petulant!! It's all about him. Not getting the pass from Bale last week. Throwing his toys out the pram when Real did not lobby enough for him to win the Balon D'Or a couple of years back and threatening to leave. Winker gate getting Rooney sent off that one time. Probably other examples I have forgot. Great player but only my opinion i prefer Messi although I can admit the last 2 years Ronaldo has out performed him.

That is why Messi is and will always be the main man for me. They both get kicked all over the park but Messi rises above it 99% of the time.

According to a bookie on the radio Bradford were 450-1 to win at HT they had a few small bets on it. Chelski were 1-40 and some mug stuck 40k on to win a grand gutted!!!!

I would say Crystal Palace 4-3 Liverpool 1990 FA Cup Semi Final at Villa Park. Liverpool were the dominant team of the time and had beat Palace 9-0 at Anfield earlier that season. Watched it on the box followed by Man Utd 3-3 Oldham in the other Semi. Football was great in those days Villa coming runners up the same season!
